We find this an effective holder for our smart phone. We experienced at our age if we were having a long conversation particularly a whatsapp session with our son in Australia that our hands became uncomfortable holding the smart phone and balancing the phone on knees etc was also a pain. This stand/holder solves these problems and it is also quite attractive. A well designed and constructed product. We can recommend it to other users particularly to people who suffer from arthritis in the hands.

I bought this as a gift, not knowing if the recipient would use it regularly. I had bought myself one recently (from another company/brand) and loved it so much I’ve been recommending phone stands in general. I use mine every single day. I decided to go with this particular phone stand as it is cheaper than the one I bought myself - mine was £4 more, and this one is in black and generally looked better. The recipient really loves this and uses it everyday, too. It’s pretty and light, can be used in any room and, as it is small, can fit on surfaces with limited space. I like that you can charge your phone while in a vertical position as well as horizontally. Would definitely recommend

Great little stand, seems to do exactly what 10yo daughter wanted for. No complaints as yet. Good value and seems sturdy which I found out when I stepped on it and immediately experienced pain like when you step on lego. Warning... make sure its not left on the floor lol was supposed to be rose gold but is definitely more pink.

First of all, let's keep in mind the price: I bought it for 9 pounds (so theoretically with a £31.40 (79%) discount. So a typical price for a phone stand.In short: Skip this and look for stands with two adjustable points, especially if you want to place your phone horizontally to watch videos on fullscreen. Either way, if you're buying it for full price (over 30 pounds) - it's not worth it).I personally find this stand attractive but it isn't as functional as I have expected it to be. Of course, it can hold and withstand even an Ipad both in vertical and horizontal position unfortunately the design of this stand is poor. It only has one rotatable part which highly limits it's usability. It works well while standing on fully horizontal (180 degrees) surface but if this stand is placed on slightly elevated (for example towards user surface gets lower) the phone will fall by it's own or with a small touch (drag) towards the user (depending on the degrees of the surface and the weight of the phone). This especially true if the phone is placed horizontally. It takes so little that and the idea itself that if you use headphones with cable and give a small drag the phone with a stand will fall right on screen... Even on fully horizontal surface it doesn't take much effort to make the phone fall. For vertical phone use it does it's job a lot better but still bounces forward and back from touches. Small mention, I also got this stand with not aligned rubber pads. Had to adjust them by force (didn't want to remove them as I was not sure of what glue was under those pads.

I like the simplicity of this phone holder. It’s sturdy enough for my iPhone 7. Good value for money( infact I bought 3, one each for my children!) The only fault if you can call it that was it states rose gold in the description but it’s actually more pink! My girls are abit older now and don’t really like pink anymore where as rose gold is an ‘in’ colour so they were slightly disappointed in that misleading info but apart from that I’d certainly recommend!

An excellent phone stand; well designed, well made, stable, robust and unobtrusive. It holds my phone at a great angle (variable) on my desk so it was just what I was looking for. I won’t be changing the angle frequently, but if you were wanting to I wonder how long the mechanism would stay tight as it appears to work on friction alone, so prolonged use may weaken it? Not something I’m worried about, but it may be a factor for consideration for others. Also, the angle chosen may also impact the thickness of USB cable you can use due to the bend required between the USB plug and its attached cable.

I recently bought the Lamicall version of this stand for my phone and was so impressed with it that I decided to pick up another one for my tablet, however I wanted a black one which was not available at the time. I bought this Cooloo stand instead as it is almost identical to the Lamicall, it is black and what's more, it was cheaper. Result!

So far it seems very good, a lovely black coated aluminium stand which can hold my hwauei phone even with its heavy duty case on. I love that it can rotation up and down and allows me to adjust my screens positioning every so often as I am a fidget when it comes to watching my phone.Simple, light and perfect for the job.
