Fantastic knife for the price
I have the utility and the paring knifes. These are fantastic knifes which rival much more expensive ones in ease of use, sharpness, and edge retention. They are a little light and the handles are cheap, but that is the trade off for a knife in the $10 range that you will use everyday without regret.

Edge grind
This knife has a superior grind for a bread knife or light slicer.

Way better edge than it has a right to be at this price point
A few runs across the steel and this was an equal match to my Kai Wasabi knives for cut quality. The textured blade had me worried because it looks gimmicky but these knives really punch above their weight and hold an edge way better than they have any right to for this price. The highly polished blades are easy to clean and if you cut through something thick the texture helps keep food from sticking to the blade much like a granton edge. Not quite as effective since it is so high, but it still helps. These didn't exist when I got my Kai Wasabi set but I wouldn't feel held back in the kitchen if these are all I had. Not quite as maneuverable as the Kai Wasabi because the blade is taller and thicker, but still works very well. Buy these with confidence.

A Solid Budget Knife
This didn't come quite as sharp as I'd like for peeling apples, but with a little work I got a nice edge onto it. I don't love the handle, it's a little too big for my hands and not terribly comfortable, but the metal is reasonably thick and seems to be of good quality. For a dirt cheap paring knife you really can't go wrong with this.

This is a great knife!
This knife is perfect for chicken and fish. I don't know why people take apart a chicken using a 6in fillet knife. Ofcourse you can't cut the bone with this but for everything else like taking out the bones from chicken thighs or filleting average fish this knife is excellent.

Sharp and inexpensive.
It's somewhat lightweight, but that's to be expected considering the low cost. Very sharp, cheap enough to be disposable - but can probably still be nicely resharpened - will update once it's been used enough to need sharping.FYI: I might not have tried this except for the fact that I have a few Shun Classic knives which are made by Kai also - I figured for less than $7, I can have a beater knife that I really don't care if it gets ruined...

Love this knife
This is the best paring knife ever. It stays sharp and cleans up easily. Plus it is sheathed and great looking.

Durable multi-purpose knife
Due to a natural disaster I moved into a small home with little space. This is the only kitchen knife I've owned for a few years. It has served me well.I sharpen it every few months.About the only complimentary knife would be a small paring knife, but I make due fine with this.

Super sharp, Very light Knife. A pleasure to use.
Excellent value for the money. Very light with a thin beautifully tapered blade. My go-to knife in the knife drawer.
