I love Sattvic Foods and all they stand for. These are the real deal steel cut oats. Definitely take a little longer to cook but are also so much more nutritious and delicious. Recommend to soak overnight or for a few hours before preparing to speed up cooking time. Love to eat them sweet or savoury.
