This is a must have for anyone using a planner and utilizing color coordination. Useful for a parent planning/coordinating activities for various family members. Each person has their own color for instant recognition. Similarly, this set would greatly benefit students wishing to color coordinate their homework assignments and planner notes by subject. There were 6 pens in the kit I ordered, which is perfect for 5 classes and one additional color for various life events. Be sure to purchase white out to keep alongside this set -it's permanent ink and not erasable, highlighting over pencil will give the pencil a permanent ink effect. For that reason, I would say this set may not be for little kids; the optimal user would be middle school and older. The pen has nice flow (like a fine felt tip), it writes well, bold color, easy to read. There's no bleeding of pen when highlighted and no page bleed through. I'm picky and these exceed my expectation - Quite pleased.

I love these pens. One end is a pen and the other end is a highlighter that matches the color of the pen. You get a total of 6 colors. You get purple (my favorite), blue, orange, red, pink, and green. I have already purchased 2 packs of these. The ink seems to last a really long time and I use them all the time. The ink is more of a gel than regular ink pens. The ink dries quickly and I have never had any problems with ink smearing. The highlighter is also great and is easy to see the writing through what you colored over. As I stated I have already purchased this twice and will definitely purchase again in the future. I would recommend these pens to anyone who journals and does note taking. I use them in my planner to give my planner life and make it more fun.

These pens are one of my all time favorite. I have never had one leak on me. They write so smoothly and do not smear! When someone tells me they are looking for a new pen this is what I send them because I know they will fall in love with these as well!

The pen end works like a dream but it bleeds through Bible pages. The highlighter ends are dry and the purple highlighter is a funky blue color. Also all highlighter ends bleed through paper.

love these pens! i use them at work, a different color every day, to help keep myself organized. great colors and flow but they do run out faster than i’d like (considering i only use each pen one day per week). also, you have to be careful putting the highlighter cap on or you might squish the highlighter tip and then it never highlights right again, lol!

I was so excited when I bought these markers. I review stuff for a living, so I highlight stuff and make notes all over any given page I touch. I loved the idea of highlighting and writing with the same color, and these were all in fun colors which makes a boring job a little more fun. I was very disappointed with the life of the highlighters. I feel like I used them up after a few uses. Additionally, the nib frayed and split - trying to put the cap back on proved a little tricky, so sometimes the highlighter nib would snag on the lid.Before all that, I loved the colors, I loved how the highlighter applied, I loved the match of the pen ink with the highlighter ink, I was in reviewer heaven. But soon after I was sad with how fast the highlighter ink ran out. I really enjoyed the marker pen side! The nib was mostly encased in plastic but the very tip was exposed which kept me from getting ink everywhere (like I normally do...) and made these write more like a pen which I really enjoyed. But even those started to dry out and ultimately I had other felt tip pens that were a similar color so I wound up just tossing these out. :(If you don't use highlighters basically constantly, then these might last longer and be in nicer shape for you! If you use them as much as you use other pens, then save yourself the heartache of seeing a color you love fade into nothing within a week.

I love these ink pens. They write very smooth.

This was a gift for a child so washable nice colours and washable is a plus.
