I've found myself with posture issues when at work for a number of months now and after research decided to give this one a go. The main problem I've had is; its simply uncomfortable for any stretch of time due to how thick the blue fabric is that goes under your arm. No amount of tightening/loosening or adjusting really makes the awkward and uncomfortable feeling really go away. Especially at a desk where your arms tend to in front of you - and don't even think about trying to reach across your body for anything; its just not happening.Otherwise, if you can sit quick still with your arms at your side (watching TV/playing video games etc), it does a good job.

Pointless device. Its pretty much like wearing a backpack with the straps done up too tight. Absolutely no pressure on the top of my spine, just pressure under the arm and feels like its restricting blood flow.

Does the job

Great little product. My son is currently using it for his posture, he say's it's comfortable to wear and we look forward to the results.
