Perfect for small to medium dog. Excellent price. Does the job well. I have a longer tie line for the main garden which is many times more expensive per foot of line. I mainly use this extra one to clip my dog near the side door if we have returned from a walk and the dog is muddy. That way we can avoid treading mud through the house. Gives me time to either transfer the dog to the main rear garden tie line, or just get some wipes to get rid of the excess mud before entering the house!

To give the dog some fresh air

We wanted this for use at a caravan site. The price was what originally sealed the deal for me, although some of the reviews were worrying. However, our border collie, who is usually a very strong puller, couldn't get free of this chain .. It is strong enough for the average Collie. So, all in all it's an absolute bargain. So much so that we are ordering another from the very same seller, who also I have absolutely no complaints about

I bought this for our 7 month old golden retriever x bernese mountain dog. He managed eventually to snap it. We just bought the stronger version which is more suitable. This one is fine for a small/med dog but not for our gentle giant!!

the tie out cable is pretty good. However the metal spike it attaches to was absolutely rubbish, as the top snapped off first time of use, so it was no use.

Let's us to have our dog outside and not have to worry about him being able to roam too far away from us.

The actual wire is very good, but the clips are not as shown in the picture and don't open wide enough to fit onto the ground anchor. I had to fit another clip to the new one in order to use it. Apart from that, it works great.
