Great product!
This is a great product! Our summers are hot and this enables us to relax out on our patio. It is quiet and has strong air floor and is way more cooling than a normal fan. We had one issue with our product but the customer service team was quick to respond and very very helpful. We are very satisfied with their team and this product.

Doing good for 96 degrees weather
The media could not be loaded. I’m in Az and this is working pretty good on the outside so far. If it get to triple digits I’mNot sure but so far so good. It’s 96 degree today when writing this post.

Sadly disappointed- Could not feel the highest setting unless right in front of it
So sad this didn’t work. I followed the instructions and put this on the coldest setting possible and unless you sat right in front of it, it did nothing for the rest of the small bedroom. It’s only 70 outside and it’s 75 in the room. The two boxes it came in were almost as tall as me and I could not lift it when it got delivered. I had to open it where the delivery person left it and take everything out so I could carry it to the room. After all that there is no way I could try to return it. I wouldn’t be able to get it in my car. Just FYI - the instructions are not clear on this but where everything is stored under the lid - that is where you pour the water (not just the back of it where the holes are). The ice also goes there as well. I thought it was for sorting the instructions and had to see various videos before anyone showed that.

Works much better than you would think
These things work a lot better than you would think. I haven't had it for long but I will say that it appears to be made quite well and it's very quiet. I use this in my office and it's normally one of the warmest rooms in the house. When I use this I often find myself noting that the room is almost "chilly".. thinking about buying more like it for other rooms in the house.

Not for indoors
Anybody that’s buying this swamp cooler, it’s not for indoors, you can only use the fan part indoors. The fan is a strong fan but they need to say not for indoor use!!!

Doesn’t cool for very long
I had high hopes for this item, but I was very disappointed. I was hoping that it would cool the small room to a comfortable temperature, but the only time I felt really cold air was when I added cold water and ice. The cold air lasted as long as the ice was there, and even with the ice packs the air was cooled for only a minute or two. Once the ice was gone, it cooled about the same as a Walmart box fan.
