I've been using these supplements for a month or so now and I have to say I actually think they're working. I'm feeling more positive, less tired and just more energy (and that's been during a couple of crazy hectic weeks!). There are plenty of tablets in the pack, whilst they are larger than a typical tablet I find them easy to swallow and they don't smell or taste of anything so easy to take! I will continue to use this product as it's not too expensive at all and it seems to be doing a good job!

Amazing! I've been using the peri menopause & Menopause Complex for just over 3 weeks now. My main reason for wanting something to help was that I was only sleeping for 1-2 hrs at a time and waking up hot. Since March I had been getting hot flushes too, about 15 a day. The flushes didn't bother me too much but the lack of sleep effects everything else in your life. I couldn't believe it, since the first tablet I have not had a single flush. My sleep started to improve after a week and last night I slept for 5 1/2hrs solid! The tablets are not too big & easy to swallow and have no nasties. I suffer with migraines and have stomach issues, these tablets have not had any affect on either, except I've not had a migraine for 3 weeks. I take it just before my evening meal. I honestly can't believe how much better I feel. I know we are all different but for me these really do suit me.

I liked this product, it improved my sleep remarkably if taken in the am. The days I didn't take a capsule resulted in a poorer quality sleep. The price is the downer. As a perimenopausal single mum I bought these as a treat to myself and they really picked me up, it's a shame they have to be a luxury item.

I'm Perimenopausal, I suffer from terrible hot flushes, cold flushes, brain fog, insomnia, depression, anxiety as well as my the usual things like hair loss, clapping on lots of weight etc etc. My doctor recommended HRT, my hot flushes and craziness pretty much stopped, but after 4 months I had to come off it because I started with hideous migraines, my Asthma went crazy and I kept getting a numb arm. I tried to woman it out and went for months on nothing but my symptoms were driving me bonkers. I tried Menopure. Within a week or so I noticed a massive reduction with my hot flushes, then I noticed that my depression and a lot of my other symptoms didn't seem as bad. After 2 months, I was tons better, I could sleep under the duvet, no more hot flushes, craziness under wraps, tons more patience even to the point of helping my husband replace the hallway flooring - we didn't fall out once. Sooo.. I thought I was cured and didn't reorder any more. I bought a cheaper supermarket multivitamin for ladies going through Menopause... After several nights of being on fire and wide awake, forgetting so many things through the day like why I walked in to the kitchen, what did I pick this up for? to being able to grow a better beard that my hubby, whilst the hair on my head falls out in clumps, and generally being an absolute cow to everyone, I think it's safe to say I'm not cured. That was maybe 3 weeks ago, needless to say that I ordered more Menopure and started back on it at the beginning of the week, it's Thursday, and it's the first night I've slept through until morning in a while so fell better just for that. I'm not saying its a cure, but it does seem to make some of the symptoms easier.

I don't leave a lot of reviews. But felt I needed to with this. I had been taking these for 6 months and then I couldn't afford them at the time. I tried some cheaper products but nothing was helping ease my symptoms. My mood dipped massively and I've been struggling I started taking these again and OMG I can tell the difference, my mood is improving and I'm feeling way more settled than before. These I can take easily as well. I recommend these to all my friends, they may be expensive but damn they work, I won't miss out again with these x

So I have only been using these for a month and not sure if they are doing anything. One thing I have noticed is I’m having more hot flushes, not bad ones I have to say but getting them all the same. However I feel my mood has lifted so some change. Will keep taking them and see if there’s more change. Will give them time.

This really helps to stop the hot flashes and night sweats. At first, I just took 1 in the morning, and hot flashes were less but not gone. I decided to try taking 1 more before bed. That was what worked! I've been taking these for 3 months now. I had to change the auto ship to receive once a month. Great price for a product that really works!
