It said Regular
These are for a 5yr old. I never saw such small pads...and it said they hold up to ,what? 30% more? I don't believe it is meant for an adult. However, that being said, I am not sending them back. I will use them, maybe putting on 2, yes, that would work.

More absorbent than the regular panty liners.
I really like these lines and have used them since I first tried them. They are very comfortable and helpful when there's a little extra bladder leakage.
