Robinson’s books are very helpful if you’re new to T3 monotherapy.
Must read if you have adrenal issues and endocrine issues stemming from your thyroid.

Potentially Life-Changing for Adrenal Fatigue Sufferers!
One of the most useful books I've ever read period. I've been suffering from a "mysterious illness" where life has been drained out of me leaving me severely stressed, fatigued, lifeless ... with no obvious medical diagnosis. Doctors consulted thought I was either crazy or mental. Nothing seemed to help. Conventional medical tests didn't reveal anything useful. Anti-depressants didn't do much. ... I was alone in my fight to recover energy, savage a struggling career, and nurture a young family. The negative impacts on life, career, and family have been indescribable. Refusing to give up on hope, I researched as much as energy and time would allow (read very day/night), I came across this book through other books and thyroid forums' postings. After about 2 months of implementing the author's suggestions, I'm happy to report that my latest 24-hr saliva cortisol tests came back near optimal and even HIGH at night. Astounding. Similar tests done 7 months ago showed results consistent with "Adrenal Fatigue phase 3" corresponding with my constantly lousy feelings. With my holistic MD's help in prescribing NDT and T3 together with the instructions and tips contained in this handbook, my cortisol levels and energy have recovered in conjunction with my MTHFR protocol. I've been given a second chance at feeling better and life. Though recovery is on-going, I can't thank the author enough. Mr. Robinson, your CT3M discovery has done me a great service. I'm sure there are countless others like me. In fact, I bought a copy of this handbook as a gift to my MD who called me a few weeks later to tell me that she'd enjoyed the book and is interested in talking about it at next office visit. That's wonderful!

Be Your Own Doctor
Frustrated by neglectful doctors, with this book I could decide I didn't have a thyroid problem.

Outstanding!
The book is well written. I consider this book a good addition to the Broda Barnes book as well as Dr. Peatfields book. The CT3M approach is interesting and is of much interest to me as I already have sub-par adrenal function and everything I can do to boost it would be helpful. The book has a very useful section that covers many of the things than can derail your thyroid support program which I find is a good sanity check of things you might have missed. So far I'm very pleased with the book and excited to try this guys protocol. What he advocates in his approach makes a lot of sense. His explanation of the protocol and how to adjust it is very detailed. Well done!! This approach makes so much sense, it's amazing no one had considered it before this.

Excellent resource to optimize your CT3M!!!
The CT3M Handbook is the perfect companion to Recovering with T3. The Handbook reviews the the Circadian Method of using T3 medication for recovery from low adrenal function and hypo-thyrodism. But in addition to this the book details other factors that may effect the success of the CT3M. There is excellent information on needed supplements, possible hindrances and how they might be addressed, labs to have done and how they should score, as well as additional adrenal supports that may be warranted.I have been hypo-thyroid, under treated for 14 years, and in under three months I have made the most remarkable progress using this method. It has been invaluable! If you still suffer from hypo-thyroid on your Synthroid or other T4 or even NDT, you owe it to yourself to look into the CT3M method.

practical guide
Many hypothyroid patients have a deficit of T3, the active thyroid hormone, and as a result, have low cortisol. This book is a practical guide to help them recover their health.

A new perspective on healing adrenal fatigue and thyroid disease
I suffered for 8 years with adrenal fatigue and also hashimotos thyroid disease. The fatigue was real and unrelenting, no matter how many supplements, dietary changes, added sleep that invested in. Reading 'The CT3M Handbook' in conjunction with 'Recovering with T3' has made a huge impact in my life! If you have struggled with either if these issues, make reading both of these books a priority and help yourself find healing! Paul Robinson lays out proctors that may be new to some or most, but they are effective and have changed many many lives for the better!

A Must-Have for Thyroid patients using the CT3M Method
Having devoured Paul Robinson's former book Recovering with T3, and using it as a reference very often, I am very happy that he wrote this CT3M handbook. It is a detailed description of his Circadian Method. This method uses T3 medication in any form ( on its own or in combination with T4) in order to help people with adrenal fatigue/insufficiency. Hypothyroidism and adrenal fatigue often go hand in hand.As a thyroid patient, who had her thyroid removed and could not find relieve in standard thyroid treatment (read treatment with T4 only drugs containing Levothyroxine), I found the solution in the CT3M method. Without this method I would probably be bedridden, depressed and utterly miserable. It gave me my health and my life back. It was a road that took a lot of patience and determination and finding out other issues that was stopping me from getting back to optimal. The first book was a constant partner in my travel to health and now it's companion is alongside the first book, for me to peruse whenever I need more details or help with specific details about the CT3M Method. I am forever grateful that Paul shares his knowledge and expertise with us, thyroid and adrenal patients. The CT3M handbook is great in that it describes the CT3M method, which has been described in Recovering with T3, in much more detail. It explains the do's and don'ts, the pitfalls, the underlying conditions that might need to be addressed further in order for the T3 medication to work properly and reach our cells. For thyroid and adrenal patients who take responsibility for their health very serious this book is a must have. Together with the Recovering with T3 book, this handbook is my "Thyroid Bible"!

The CT3M Handbook.
Having read the reviews on this book, I ordered. It is literally THE handbook for anyone suffering thyroid & / or adrenal illness. Extremely clearly explained in as simple English as possible, considering the very complicated nature of the illness. This illness is totally vile, having suffered since 1981 & been sent to the most horrendous endocrinology consultants. I now know certainly more than my GP (he didn't know what an Iron Panel is); and no doubt more than most endocrinologists. Thoroughly recommended reading

This is a great book. But it's not easy
This is a great book. But it's not easy. You have to be determined to do this. It's not a quick, easy fix. I have yet to get up the courage to try.
