Box arrived "retaped". But, not damaged. Trays themselves are fully assembled, they were all there, and undamaged. Really good looking, and seem well made. I really like the larger than normal size. Espresso color matches my dark cabinets in the house quite well. We use them daily. One thing... the stand comes unassembled, with hardware, tool, and instructions. Not difficult to assemble. I had originally stated that some stand pieces were missing. My wife had them! I have uprated this review.

Tables arrived quickly, assembly was minimal, only the rack holding the tables needed to be assembled. They are very sturdy, look to be well made and add to the de core of a room. After 7 months, long after any expectation of a warranty, one of my beautiful table's legs sheared (see picture). I contacted the manufacturer, explained what had happened and asked if they could send me a replacement part. Not expecting much in they way of a warranty, here is where they superior service occurred. They explained that they too were disappointed with the product failure but they could not send me a replacement part as a leg replacement was not possible as the legs are riveted. The only option available was for them to supply another table, free of charge. Low an behold a week later I received another table impressively packaged. Now that is Customer Service! Their pride in providing a superior product showed in their readiness to make the customer whole, as well as, in the professionalism and understanding care of the agent I spoke with. This manufacture "Winsome" have proved their worth in my book! Winsome and the Winsome Store will be the first place I will go to with any more home items I may need in the future, and you should too.

After returning another brands tv trays I was skeptical of these but I am pleasantly pleased. These don’t wobble as they are super sturdy and it’s nice and big and I’m able to fit more on the tray. I love that! The color is pretty. There are some streaks and lines that maybe it could have used another coat of stain or varnish or something. But that really doesn’t bother me much. Overall a great buy for this household.

These are well made and easy to use. Only the cart needed to be assembled. Instructions were clear enough it took about 15 minutes. The only tool I needed was an allen wrench that was included. The trays came already assembled. I LOVE the larger size of the table. They are beautiful and easy to clean. They hand easily on the cart and set up fast. Much better than others I have seen in stores, and the price can't be beat. I took off 1 star because The legs of the trays are narrow. Anyone who struggles to keep their knees together would struggle to sit with them.

Well built. The tray tables seem sturdy and are attractive. The stand that holds the tables is well designed. You must assemble the 8 wooden pieces yourself. Instructions consist of only drawings and a parts list, but assembly is fairly intuitive. I recommend you first attach cross pieces BB and EE to the vertical AA pieces. Then attach DD and CC to the vertical AAs. The hex screws are certainly strong enough (most other kits skimp with small screws that are inadequate). Overall, a solid set; I recommend it.

Nice tray tables. I resisted getting something like this for so long because they are usually pretty tacky but I caved and these are actually quite nice. Solid wood. Large surface. Nice stand to store them away. Easy to assemble. Definitely recommend.

This is our second set of these tables - the first survived 5 years amazingly, used very heavily for kids crafting, parties, nightly dinners in TV room and my electronics/aviation experiments with solder guns, razor knives etc. They still work well but the table tops are looking rough. These are well made tables that even under heavier loads like an Alienware 18 and 17" laptop or several volumes of Janes All The Worlds Aircraft remain stable and don't have any looseness. This set came well packaged for shipment and each in plastic bag individually inside box. Open the top of the box and slide them out, unfold legs and that's it. No assembly or hassle at all. These have a larger surface area than our last Winsome tables which we appreciate since prices have gone up and most tables are smaller now. Definitely worth having the extra room since these are used every day for laptops and family dinner during COVID. My teen daughters are happy to hang out with us downstairs since they can bring laptops, whatever they need to study or watch videos and hang out after dinner. Anything you can order that manages that is money well spent :-)

The tables are constructed fine.... certainly for an inexpensive set of TV tables. However, the stand for holding the tables is not sturdy at all. In fact, the screws don’t even screw in - two of mine just spun without gripping the wood. So, I can’t use the rack and certainly can’t move the rack. I tried to do a return - which would be difficult now that it is unpacked. So, Amazon suggested I reach out to the merchant. I am still trying to get resolution and have had to send my proof of purchase over twice. I will update later. But, at this point, it looks like they are looking for part numbers to try to replace the parts of the stands that do not stay together. Lucky for me, I will get to take it all apart and put it back together; hoping it can withstand that. Again, not too sturdy. I will say that the actual coffee tables are sturdy. The wood is scratched in a few places but that does not bother me. After all, my kids are going to use these. I am just bothered that it won’t stay together and that getting resolution is so complicated.

These are super high quality and durability, and a beautiful finishing. So happy to have these for TV night, and the extra large size is great. I am glad I paid a little extra to get these far superior tables.

TV tables and stand arrived yesterday. It was an easy assemble for me. I love the product, everything about it! Very sturdy and looks fabulous. High end! Highly recommend!

Well packaged and stand easy to assemble and no tools needed,looks like good qualty wood my only concern is the finish it seems like one coat ,just have to wait and see.

These tables are replacements for a much older set of steel tubing and plastic topped "TV Trays" that have become stained and scarred. I REALLY like the solid wood construction. They are larger, in surface area, and quite beautiful pieces of furniture. They suit my purpose much better than those that had gone before!
