This really helps with restful sleep.
I take it a half hour before I'm ready to lay down and read a little before I turn the lights off. I usually read for 10 minutes before drowsiness sets in. It's not a drugged feeling at all. Just a feeling if winding down. The book goes down, the lights go off and I drift off to a deep sleep that usually lasts me 5 to 6 hours before I rouse to check the time, etc. sometimes I can even fall back to sleep for another hour or two, an amazing feeling for me.

Excellent for anxiety
My husband and I have been taking these for over a year. He has a high stress job, very technical and takes these daily. It has helped him cope better with the stress.
