Kettle Brand Potato Chips, Krinkle Cut Truffle and Sea Salt Kettle Chips, 7.5 Oz

These potato chips are terrific. If you like the taste of Truffle you will love these chips. They are substantial (not papery thin) and have just the right amount of seasoning. So Delicious.

If you don't like strong truffle flavor then these chips aren't for you, they pack a good punch of that wonderful truffly flavor. It strong but not so strong that you'd be coughing your eyes out eating them, a little too salty but overall a nice side for a good sandwich

I'm a huge fan of Kettle Brand Chips. They always come correct with interesting, new flavors. I don't like them all but the ones I do like are GREAT. Korean BBQ? Yes, please! Parmesan Garlic? *DROOL* I'm not even that into other brands of chips. But Kettle Brand is special. When I saw a new color of purple bag on the shelf I was intrigued. Then I saw the flavor and literally had to restrain myself in the grocery store. Instant purchase. But would they live up to my expectations? Yes! Yes they would. These are ri-donk-ulous. The truffle flavor is subtle... just like it should be, but so, so good! Crrrrrazy addictive. As with other Kettle Brand crinkle chips these are thick and substantial. Probably at least twice as thick and crunchy as any other brand of kettle chip. This is now my go to flavor. I'm going to buy them in bulk. I didn't even really know what a truffle tasted like before I tasted these. I'm the opposite of a foodie. But these are a home run for sure. Keep it up, Kettle Brand! And don't ever stop cranking these out.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I love the truffle oil potato chips from a store here in the valley but it is a distance from my home to drive so I decided to try these. I like the fact that they are Krinkle Cut. In fact I suspect this is why they survived the shipment. They were packed in the same box as some heavy washing soda I use on our pool and for cleaning the coffee pot. The only problem with these is that they are too salty. Granted they say right on the bag that they have sea salt on them but I wasn't expecting quite as much as there was. Other than that the potato chips had good truffle flavor. I'll probably get them again.
