Not denist approved!
I'm only giving 2 stars cause the taste was descent. Unfortunately not good enough to risk breaking a tooth. All of the edamame and some of the chickpeas were rock hard. For the amount of money they charge you would think they could properly roast them or have better quality control.

Too dry and irritated my throat which caused choking.
Wasn’t sure what to expect as I eat a lot of salads and am looking for something to make them interesting. These bits are well priced and a good amount of protein but wasn’t impressed with the taste. Very crunchy but much to dry.
