I needed a small icemaker and this one fits perfectly on my counter. It makes nine bullet shaped cubes in each batch. I will make ice about once a week. When I run out, I make more. I have had zero issues with it. I don't want a refrigerator that makes ice because they break all the time. I wanted a small, inexpensive option, and this is it. I'd buy it again.

This is the second ice maker I purchased and when we have a power outage the maker stops working it will not make ice anymore and it indicates that the ice container is full. . The ice maker was purchased in July 2025. A power outage should not effect the ice maker. Everything else works just fine. In my opinion DO NOT BUY!!

Piece of trash! Recommend do not buy. Stopped working after 3 months. Turned off went dark and will not turn on.

Works great ut it needs an external air filter on the air intake side to keep from building up dust and pet hair on the fan because there's no way to get to the fan to clean it. Gave it 4 out of 5 due to filter need and small water tank required a lot of refills but it makes ice

It made great ice, and fast! The problem, is the plug on the bottom to drain. It’s just too difficult to get to, and then to get it to come out. Yes, the plug needs to be in snug, it just gets twisted with the plastic line(that keeps the plug from falling off). Maybe someone with child sized fingers would be able to get it, not my female piano playing fingers though!
