It also doesn’t get slippery when wet, which is a huge plus for intense sessions or humid gyms. ✅ Pros: Secure grip for bars and dumbbells Breathable and sweat-resistant Comfortable ergonomic fit Portable and easy to clean ❌ Cons: May take a couple of workouts to get used to Not ideal for pressing movements (more for pulling/gripping) Overall: If you hate bulky gloves or just want an easy, effective grip solution, these are it.
