I suffer from endometriosis and have even had surgery to help with pain relief but nothing has helped me for years. I am 35 years old with no children and have been taking birth control pills to help reduce my day to day pain and to skip periods for over a year. I made the decision to stop taking pills and to tackle my endo naturally to "prep the womb" because I plan on trying to conceive some time soon.I have heard about vaginal steaming for years and for a few reasons never brought myself to try it. This is the first herbal blend that I have ever used since July 2019 and I'm on my second order. Okay are you ready?The first try was a bit uncomfortable simply because I felt like my vagina was melting because the steam had it dripping wet! I could feel an even exchange of my pores absorbing the steam and releasing toxins. I smelled a natural slight musty type of odor coming from me that I never smelled before but it was a good thing in a way. Maybe after 10-15 minutes I finally began to relax and surfed the web on my phone lol. When it was over I didn't have an immediate reaction. I cleaned up my mess and went to lie down before bed. After 5 minutes of stillness in bed I felt this incredible rush of PEACE take over my body. I felt sexually stimulated, relaxed, satisfied, and happy! I could not believe how incredible I felt. Just to further describe the sexual stimulation part.... I felt extremely feminine and hot and ready for some action with the assurance that I may climax faster than usual. However, it also felt as if I had already climaxed and was experiencing the after-glow effect and was ready for round 2.Keep in mind that I purchased this hoping for pain relief and even period regulation. Since it was just day 1 it was way too soon to know if it would help me in those areas but I was already sold based on the peace of mind that it gave me and that feeling lasted for 3 days.Fast forward to 2 periods later and about 6-8 steams later - my period has been on track for 3 months which is great considering that I stopped taking bc and stopped skipping cycles. The 1st period was terrible, the 2nd period was better but I still had so much pain and clots that I had to call out sick for 2 days at work. But steaming in between periods helped reduce my pms symptoms - bloating, irritability, and it minimized and almost eliminated those dull nagging pelvic pains.Period 3, Sept 2019... my period was only 3 days instead of my average 7-10 days, there was no spotting before or after my period, NO BLOOD CLOTS, 50% less pain, and I cannot believe that I am sitting here today privileged enough to be able to share this with you all.When I read reviews I see women mentioning surface level things like how nice the herbs smell or how they meditated on the toilet while I was searching for someone to just say 1 thing that I needed to hear which was, "IT WORKS!" Hopefully, I can come back to say that I have conceived as well because as you may know endometriosis can cause infertility.I truly hope and pray that the rest of my periods are just like this last one! Give it a try - this blend of herbs really helped and even if you get it just for a mood booster it is still worth it.I let my blend steep for about 10 minutes before I use it and then boil it again just to keep it steamy. I typically can tolerate it for 25-45 minutes at a time. Some nights I do 2 sessions (using the same steeped blend) to insure that I had a thorough cleanse. I try to steam at least once a week but even that gets tough to do when you're a busy person. If I skip a week I may do 2 steams the following week.I know this was a lot but I hope that it is helpful or encourages someone to try it at least once and if you don't like it send me the leftovers!!

Nicely packaged on-time delivery, very clear instructions on how to prepare. I have had severe stomach cramps and after using this twice the cramps are not that severe anymore. the smell is amazing and it gives you a relaxed feeling.

These herbs have definitely helped with lessening cramping/ heavy bleeding and has shorten my periods! I like to steam before and after my periods! Would definitely recommend

For those who are complaining about it's not enough for five steams you're using too much. Do some research online you will find that you are only supposed to use 1/4 of a cup per steam. This is an excellent product quality unsurpassed.

I really loved the aroma of these herbs. I followed the directions. The water was a little hot in the beginning. I had to allow it to cool for about 20 minutes before I could use it. I enjoyed using it and will use it again.

I don’t usually write reviews on amazon but this product here!!! Works wonders I can tell the difference after using it. It’s about to be my third time using it and I can completely tell the difference during before and during intercourse. It limited the discharge a little a don’t have much anymore. Also I know when I’m going to get a yeast infection so I want to try it out for this to see if it works for that problem. Anyways IF YOU FEEL NERVOUS ABOUT BUYING THIS PRODUCT DON’T BE GIRL IT’S AMAZING! I came and wrote this review on my own.
