A bit involved to install but a great product
Overall, the installation is pretty straightforward until you find out that they don't support a mesh wifi out of the box. Once you figure it out and turn off the repeaters/satellites, the device installs rather easily. Took me while to understand why it would not connect to wifi ... Once that's done, the configuration / users addition is uneventful. Once you get to the camera connection, there is some tweaking that is required, which is not necessarily easy to find on the website. I got it to work in a few hours (all these systems are similar in terms of installation complexity). Once it is all working, the product is simply great. You can connect it to IFTTT and Alexa and the geo-functionality works awesome. Feel free to ask if you have installation issues. I got it mostly figured out !!

Decent product, annoying customer service
Access code didn’t work, neither did code for 1 free year of camera sync. Unfortunately it’s impossible to get customer service on phone, so everything has to be done through email, which takes a while. Eventually everyone was worked out. Installation wasn’t that difficult but would have been much faster with phone support. So far product works as advertised. One more note: camera image through GoGate is squeezed, so therefore looks distorted, which is a bit annoying.

Great Product just make sure you follow the instructions step by step!
I had read about GoGoGate and finally decided to make the leap. I set every thing up while at my computer using the step by step install. I installed the control box on top of the garage door opener mounting bracket. I have three openers and opted to run wires from the center opener to the other openers so there would not be any wiring at the wall switches for a cleaner looking install. Got everything wired and it all worked on the first try. I used the wireless sensors and they too worked great. I bought the package with the camera. The camera proved to be more difficult to set up (the software kept timing out on the wireless set up) so I found a work around by plugging it direct into my router for set up. After that everything worked. Just make sure that you follow the step by step instructions. Everything works great!

Run, don't walk from this...
Got it on Thursday - returned it on Thursday. The app(s) (yes there'rs one for the opener and one for the camera) are horrible for any phone - the font and layout is minuscule, and don;t get me started on how UN-intuitive thy are. Essentially you're buying TWO separate products that make sense to use together but seamless integration?? Uh, you won't find it here. Couldn't get the flimsy camera to pair... no matter what I tried (and I'm kinda tech savvy .. just sayin') ... just a very nice Asian female voice saying "ready to pair".The door opener component worked pretty well but it is so cheaply made and seriously looks/feels like a prototype... components are cobbled together.I will say the packaging is impressive (similar to Apple style) but unfortunately you literally dump the packaging when you're done with it... IMHO they spent tons on marketing and unnecessary fancy packaging instead of streamlining the product. and using quality components... Definitely not worth $180.I tried the Asante prior to this and in comparison it literally set itself up. Scanned a couple WRC's and they thing was fully operational. VERY sadly, the Asante was incredibly unreliable. Some days it would work every time you used the app and/or the door opener. Other days ... zip. From a technical aspect, their servers are clearly not geared up for this usage demand. My network internal and Internet are stellar. AT&T Fiber is rock solid since I set it up 2 years ago, so I know the issues are on the Asante side. I was very sad to have return it.In comparison the GoGo has no documentation for the opener, and a tiny brochure style folder - you have scan a QRC and read the minimalist instructions on line. While the Asante also had a somewhat minimal doc, the few steps it took you through got it up and online in literally 5 minutes. After all is said and done, I'm going the route of YI Cameras and a door opener that does ONLY that. It would be great to have a product that does both - seamlessly and reliably, and has uses quality components.

1 Beer Job
That was easy, like, too easy. It wired into my garage door open button, synced up effortlessly with my wifi, and the garage door sensors worked seamlessly. The hardest part was running a power extension cable to the box as I didn't have an outlet nearby. Maybe an hour tops. On the dad scale of weekend projects, it's a one beerer, but that may even be pushing it. Clean out the garage while you're out there.

Close to being great but fail at most important feature
Great design with main unit, remote sensor, setup UI, works great when Phone and unit are connected on same wifi, BUT.. operationally SLOW and RARELY connects over remote operation!!! Other reviewers of app sees this also; not sure if it's an app or the unit itself. In any case, a USELESS unit if I have to sit in front of my garage to get lucky with connecting as remote (4G); I usually just switch over to wifi and it would be faster to open my garage. The other maker that I've tried worked over 4G flawlessly so I know it can be done, if only that other unit can make a working open/close switch work.

Camera Works, Garage Door Works, But Extremely Klunky
It was difficult to get the camera setup. Instructions were complicated. Additionally, the garage door sensor doesn't correctly show whether it is opened or not.The app on the phone works ok to open the garage door, but could be improved in ease of navigation and more clear and intuitive.Video feed is advertised as one year for free, but mine got cut off after 30 days. No customer support response for this issue even after a month. This product is half-baked.

Junk junk junk
Followed the instructions to no avail. We have installed 3 separate chamberlain openers for our gate and they worked great. Wanted one linked with the camera system but a complete waste of $180. Very frustrating to follow the instructions and then they did not work
