warth brings freedom in winter
Priced new vs refurbished and decided to try refurnished. Looked at women's VS men. I could not figure out the size chart so just went with a men's medium. Chose men's for the extra length as I'm 6'2" but trim . Pleasantly surprised, just as good as a new one. Good fit ( but not fitted in the chest a little more bulk there) Quality excellent, shipping fast. The jacket heats super quick, no issues with battery life. They accidentally sent two orders 30 min apart. At first I complained and wasn't able to stop the order, that was very frustrating. Once they both got here I fell in love with the first one and gave the second one to my mom, so guess that worked out good for the better.

ya never know if it will work
Well, sometimes it works, and sometimes it does not,,, I put a fully charged battery in it, it will work. but say you go inside and turn it off, and then go back outside a short time later,, don't expect it to work,, it will not turn back on,, so disappoint with this product,,
