We are very happy with this freestanding tub and their customer service. We remodeled our master bathroom with brushed gold fixtures, but it was impossible to find a nice looking tub with the same brushed gold fixtures built into the tub, so when this tub came on the market, it was perfect for us! We have been using it for several months now, and so far it works great. I had a few questions during and after the installation and their customer service folks took great care of us. Installation was easy and we were up and running quickly. This tub looks great and has lots of useful built-in features, so I would consider it a good value for the money.

Delivered earlier than expected! Packaged well and easy to unpack without damaging. This tub exceeds every expectation based on how well it’s crafted and it’s aesthetics. The brush gold colored hardware compliments this tub and very pleasing to the eyes. The fixtures underneath the tub are built to last and good quality, The quality commensurate with value. My Contractor loves this tub and is astounded by its quality throughout! As soon as it’s installed. I will send more photos.

LOVE this tub. It is slick and powerful. Jets work really well. Looks beautiful in the bathroom adding sophistication to the room. Definitely worth the money.

I have had this tub for 6 months. I LOVE it!!! It is beautiful, works perfectly. I love being able to soak for 45 minutes, and the water stays hot the whole time. A dark room with the tub light on and a glass of wine make for the best night ever!!! It is essentially a one-person hot tub with bubbles, jets, and lights, except it requires no maintenance.

I love this tub! It’s beautiful and I love all its features. Taking one star off because after installation I did notice the drain seal was leaking slightly but I reached out to Woodbridge and they’re sending a replacement drain and gasket. Have been using it for about a month now and I love it.

I was unsure about the electrical wiring, so I called Woodbridge a few times. Their lines were busy. I had to leave a voicemail. They called me back later that day! It was nice to see a brand on Amazon actually has a USA support team. I have used the BJ400 for a few weeks now. It was an enjoyable and relaxing experience. My wife said the jet and bubble were a little strong initially. She ended up liking them. The pressure of our old whirlpool tub was too weak. Tip: The rep told me I could extend the warranty by one year for free. All I needed to do was to scan the QR code on the box. Obviously, I didn’t pay attention when I opened the box. He guided me to sign up on their website. It only applies for their whirlpool tubs and bidets, though.

I enjoy everything about my new tub. I have never been more relaxed, and many of my aches and pains have disappeared. I enjoyed the lighting, which helps me relax after a hard day's work or after strenuous exercise. The tub looks beautiful in my bathroom and complements the renovations that I have done. I could not be more pleased.
