Does what it's designed for
Having 4 separate gauges keeps these small in length.Matt finish and black etching makes the measurements easier to see when taking photos.My only complaint - the 0-7mm gauge is smaller in width than the circular area linking the 4 together. This means it can't be used for anything that has an obstruction on 1 side (i.e, floor to wall - ceiling to wall - wall to wall)

Came early and exactly what I needed

Robust but flawed design
I use a taper gauge to measure many different apertures and to align flange gaps.This was a replacement for one I had stolen in work, it seems robust so far, however the problem I wish I had noticed before I bought it is, you cannot measure between 14 to 15 mm ,6 to 7mm 21 to 22mm as the next size drops a millimetre each time instead of starting where the previous one stops.Really annoying when your trying to accurately measure in these ranges.
