Appealing but Sloppy
I purchased this direct from the company and made sure I understood the important details from their video surrounding the removal of the needles and the risk of breaking the stepper motor or circuit board. Installation is not overly complicated but Slow and Steady is the rule. However.....Closer inspection of the actual gauge face revealed flaws, in particular bleedover of the numbers (see image) which suggests to me a total lack of Quality Control Due to the fact I am not going to risk damage by repeatedly installing gauge faces I must rate this as a 2. The installation is and will be very critical of your finesse during both disassembly and reassembly of the aforementioned needles from the stepper motors, especially while avoiding the removal of the accompanying shafts. Time (miles) will tell if I should change my rating, be it up for being satisfied despite the flaws or further down due to additional unknowns yet to be discovered.
