Great product and support
I love this chair so much. It’s comfy and versatile. The directions to put it together were very straightforward and easy to follow, which I very much appreciate these days. Customer service went above and beyond! Seriously a valuable product with valuable support backing it up.

Perfect Chair?
If you’re the kind of person who constantly sits criss-cross at your desk (guilty 🙋🏼♀️), this chair is a game-changer. The adjustable armrests are a huge bonus—they lay flat when you want extra room and gives you room to tuck your legs up comfortably without feeling cramped, or stay in place when you need support. The cushion is supportive enough that you don’t end up with numb legs after an hour. The backrest and pillow hits just right for posture, so you get comfort and support, which is rare in chairs designed for “nontraditional” sitting. The rolling wheels glide smoothly, and assembly was simple enough that I didn’t end up in a fight with the instructions (big win). My only small gripe is that the pull out foot rest feels sorta flimsy. Bottom line: if you’re a chronic cross-leg sitter and tired of fighting traditional office chairs, this one is worth it. Comfortable, practical, and it finally feels like a chair was designed with us in mind.

Arm is defective and material is cheap
Update: This is my second review after the company reached out and sent a replacement chair after I returned the defective one. I appreciate the company taking the time to reach out and offer a customer satisfaction option. The effort alone merits an extra star in my review. The new chair arrived and all parts are working properly and assembled without any issue. The chair is fairly comfortable, and the extended leg rest is a nice bonus and well positioned. It was also easy to assemble by myself. That said, the material still feels somewhat papery and suede-like rather than true furniture-grade suede or leather , so I’m still unsure about the long-term durability. Also, the seat is not very deep, so if you have long legs or prefer a deeper seat, this may not be the best fit. For context, my first chair arrived defective right out of the box. One arm would not stay in the raised position and kept flopping down no matter how it was adjusted. Because of that, I stopped assembly halfway and returned it the next day. The chair was heavy and inconvenient to repack and return, especially for a product priced over $300. Overall: The replacement chair works fine and is comfortable enough, but the material quality and shallow seat depth still leave some questions about long-term durability.

Love my new chair
My only complaint is you can’t lock the armrest😩 but my husband hates putting thing together and was able to put this chair together in 20 minutes. Coming from what I had to this chair omg it’s comfortable I just hit it today so I’ll come back with a new review

So far so good
I just got it today and really don’t have any complaints. It definitely isn’t leather, the wheels aren’t super high quality and it certainly needs to off gas but other than that it is very comfortable, easy to set up and will be great. I’m 6’2”

So far so good
Easy to assemble, with a good size, and the seat is comfortable. My 6-pound puppy enjoys sitting beside me in the chair. I'll get a lot of use out of it as I sit at my desk for 10-16 hours daily, and I'll update after I’ve had some time to use it. I’ve ordered upgraded parts, including Roller Blade Wheels, a Seat Cover with Sponge, and a Gel Pad Cushion. Well, after having and using it for a while, I have changed my original thoughts on this chair. I sit for long hours, and the seat gets very hard after a while. Now it feels cheap and is quite uncomfortable even with the Gel Pad Cushion. And it is not made for short people. The seat itself is too long for a shorter person. Still giving it three stars, because my dogs do like it and sit beside me.

Pull arms in to adjust. Love this chair.
I have only had it for a few hours and I so far have been LOVING this chair. IT is very soft.I was worried it would be too leathery feeling and it is not. I really like the footrest. It was easy to put together by myself. There are no videos on how to adjust it nor does anyone really say, but it is very easy to adjust the arm rests (NEVER SCAN THE QR CODES THAT COME WITH AMAZON FURNITURE) you simply pull them in and gently lay them flat and slowly pull them up to the height that you would like. I would also add the armrests to have settings you can't just have it whatever angle you want, but I am very satisfied with it.

Dog-friendly chair for workday cuddle sessions
Let me just say I'm a certified dog mom first and foremost. I bought this chair because my dog constantly wanted to sit on my lap, and I just didn't feel comfortable with the chair I had before. I absolutely love this chair! Not only is it comfortable, but multiple pups and I can all sit on it at once and be cozy together. Since I work from home a lot, it's important that I'm comfortable. And obviously, it's important to me that my pups can be close when they want to cuddle. I'm so grateful I found this chair. I definitely took my time thinking about it before purchasing because it is a pricier investment, but I haven't regretted it at all. After daily use since I got it, it's been absolutely terrific and honestly life-changing. Let's see how the material holds up!
