This is my second power bank. Over the past couple of years, I have spent too much time in hospital and did not always find it convenient to charge my phone. I'm glad that I listened to a friend's advice and I bought a power bank. This is more powerful than my first, and I really notice the difference when charging. It works much quicker, though it does take longer to charge itself, but I leave it overnight and have had no problem. It is well made. It is slightly larger than my phone, and heavier, but this causes no problem. It comes with a carry bag that also holds a couple of short charging cables, though I have now bought an equipment bag that allows me to keep all my cables with men (whatever happened to standardisation?) I am very happy with my purchase. It is easy to carry with me, useful when out and about, provides peace of mind that I will not have a dead battery, and is useful around the house for charging various items (lights, toothbrush, etc) in-situ.

Purchased Aug 2024 and it was great for 10 months and then stopped working. I've given it 5 stars because when it worked, it was really good. It was fairly lightweight for a power bank and charged ,my devices pretty quickly. When it stopped working I contacted the manufacturer who dealt with the issues really quickly and sent me a replacement with a couple of days. I was very impressed with their customer services. Hopefully the replacement will work for longer than the original power bank.

Bought 3 as gifts, my wife bought this product previously and its a life saver, if you have a fast charging cable to go with it youre set for any adventure , super fast charging which is amazing and lasts a while 10/10 recommend this product to anyone whose phone always dies on the go

Got 2 of these I personally think these are a 10/10 product the first one I’ve had maybe 2/3 years maybe, second one since July 2025 both function great the wire that comes with can be abit fragile but the convenience of it being a strap as well is amazing wish you could buy replacement wires overall great product

I've had this thing for just over a year now, and its been great. i use it just about every day, its so nice to have it just in a backpack so I can top up my phone charge if im away from mains power. I charge it with the c type charger because this thing is so big that it takes ages to charge fully on microusb, but I can just charge it overnight on usb c and it'll be full and last me through the week. Its saved the day on more than a few occasions and you really feel it when you dont have it with you, its got loads of capacity and the lack of worry about your phone charge is really worth the cheap cost of it. I'd 100% reccomend, its a tough nugget and really solid

Can someone tell me how to charge this thing? It came with a cable however it doesn’t charge. When I plugged it in to charge it was in 29% and hasn’t charge at all in the last three hours. Am I doing something wrong?
