Product is exactly what is pictured.I probably won't use the barbells just the clear balls. So far the balls screw onto a 16g metal barbell easily. Just be careful not to screw too tight because if you use a metal barbell instead of what the product comes with you could risk messing up the threads. Overall would recommend. Gave 4 stars instead of 5 because even though Prime 2day delivery is what's advertised my product did not ship until 3 days after ordering & did not arrive until 11 days after ordering.

I almost didn’t buy do to some of the reviews but I love these, I wear mine in my philtrum piercing and I actually add different colored balls to the outside so that the inside ring and ball remain clear, after a few times of taking it on and off it does stop working well, but for the price and how many you get I still think they are great, I’ve never had a ball fall off and I’ll wear for months at a time with no problems

I got mine just for a change, but was able to leave it in for some medical procedures I had. Worked out great.

If you’re using this in your lip just be aware they do yellow from eating certain food’s, or smoking. So you will be replacing them often.I like to wear them for work. I have mine in my lip. Comfortable and secure enough. I do have to check to make sure the ball is on tightly because of the material. Worth the purchase!

I ordered the 8mm and it was too small for my snake bites. 16g, that’s it. That’s all. Can’t change the size.
