Works well for my high aerobic workouts
I workout every day. On days when I am doing high aerobic activities where I need to push myself, this C4 Energy + Aminos comes in very handy. It is like using pre and post workout supplements in one. The raspberry taste is good and it is not too sweet. The one issue I have with it is that it does not dissolve easily in water. It tends to clump up and requires vigorous stirring to break up those clumps. Even after all the clumps are gone, there is some undissolved powder that floats on the top and sticks to the sides of the glass. I deducted one star for the dissolving issue, but other than that I like the product and will use it.
