Does the job but has a few quirks
This filter definitely does a good job cleaning our water—the taste is noticeably better and clearer after using it. You can tell it’s working, which is the most important part. That said, it doesn’t last super long. We refill our pitcher daily, and one filter usually lasts about a month and a half before needing a replacement. Not a huge issue, just something to keep in mind if you go through a lot of water.Installation can be a little tricky. You really have to line it up just right when screwing it in, or the water will leak out the sides. That’s more of an issue with the pitcher design than the filter itself, but still a bit annoying. The filter is on the heavier side, and it claims to have 5 stages of filtration—which might explain the weight. Design-wise, it’s nothing fancy, just a regular-looking filter, but it does the job.Overall, good quality filtration, decent size, and reliable performance—just wish it was a bit easier to install and lasted a little longer.

Works very well!
So far, I am very impressed with this Zero water pitcher/filter system. I am going on 90 days use of my first filter and the meter still reads 00. Tested to confirm unfiltered tap water which reads 122. So, the tap water here is pretty good quality to start off with. But much better filtered. There was some evidence of a PFAS mishap here a decade ago, hence my choice for the Zero water system. Initially skittish about the seemingly pricey filters, but if one filter lasts 3+ months, that's excellent value. I got the 12 cup pitcher for me because it fits in the fridge door sideways. For family members, I got the huge countertop dispenser which they love and use a seperate pitcher to keep in the fridge for cold water. Counter top dispensers do not fit in side by side fridges.

They work well in purifying my water.
I love that they are manufactered well. The grooves/threads always screw on easy for a tight fit. The filtration system is impressive! I feel good drinking that pure water.

Great customer service
This is my 2nd or 3rd time ordering filters from zero water and this time around the filters were only lasting for a couple weeks before the water started to taste really funky and my meter was still reading zero. I called the customer service and they answered right away and were super helpful with my order! Highly recommend based off customer service and support.

Great filters but pricey.
I really like these filters as they make great tasting pure water. They are easy to use, do not leak and work fast enough. They are however expensive and only last about a week per filter for our family of four. I also wish there was a better way to recycle the filters once they are finished with their lifespan. One the whole though, this is the best pitcher style filter system we have found. We have been consistent users of these filters for over two years.

Good product, recommed it if you're looking for maximum filtering effectiveness.
Zero water is one of the most effective filters on the market. The only con is that the filtering process is slow.. drip drip drip but the result is literally 0 TDS reading which is really great. My college son's dorm's drinking water dispenser reads 230 which is kind of high, so this was a must have item for him. Here is a trick I learned... get two zero water containers and filters. Use one for the time being, and when it starts to expire, pour the filtered water from that one into a new filter, for double filtering, in essence. This will extend the life of the second filter tremendously. You're welcome

ZeroWater is 2nd to none as far as we're concerned! You'll think so too!
We've been using the Zero Water Filter for some time now and are very pleased with the results. It's been a game changer after coming from WA State where the water was 0 ALL THE TIME! I went two years without having to change my ZeroWater filter! I was spoiled! It's unfortunate the pricing went up when Culligan acquired them though, so sad. But the reason they did it was to allow them to integrate their water filtration technology into its product, enhancing its water treatment solution with ZeroWater’s advanced filtration system. That all said, it truly does get the water down to ZERO and the taste is off the charts excellent! In fact, as soon as it's not tasting as cherry as normal, you'll know it's time to change the filter! LOL! Which I might add that for those who say the filter isn't lasting as long (it's true but not the fault of the filter) . . . I read a while ago that water filters have reduced lifespan in summer due to increased temperatures and higher water usage, which can lead to faster clogging and decreased efficiency (and we get super hot temps in AZ!). Additionally, warmer weather can promote biological growth in water sources, further impacting your filter performance. So we used to go 2 weeks before having to change our filter and now it's just a little over a week is all we can go. It depends too on how bad your water is in your area. They used to have a map of the country on their packaging and how each state rated in quality of water but I haven't seen that for a long time. It probably went away when Culligan took over. Hope this helps . . .
