This was a great find for a pet carrier! I wasn't sure how my dog Milo would react to being in this carrier and riding with me on my bike. He seemed to love every minute of it! He is a Pomeranian Mix and weighs about 11lbs. I got him the XL and it fits perfectly. I would encourage taking the measurements before you order to make sure. you are getting the correct size. But if you want to take your little pet with you when you walk or bike, this carrier works perfectly! My only recommendation would be to make it a little more airier so on warm summer or fall days there is more of an airflow through the carrier. Milo was a little warm after our ride (about 30 minutes).

Order a size larger than you think you need.Very cute and handy for carrying our small babies! Just a word of advice ~ don't leave your dog in this pack for extended periods of time! Dogs weren't meant to sit upright with their spines vertical. Their little bottoms can get painful and their backs can become sore and painful after awhile, ESP weenie dogs and other long-bodied pups. Check the warmth of their lil feets often and give them a break from sitting in this pack once or twice an hour; at least take off the pack and hold them horizontally for awhile to regulate their spinal alignment and circulation to their feet. And, of course, let them down to potty and use their legs/warm their feet! Then, if they are happy and have warm feets, and if the base of their tails and their spines just above their hips doesn't seem sore to the touch, they can ride again! :-)

Not sure if it is made for cats. the products is sturdy well designed and beautifully made. The sitting area is not made for cat I feel his pelvic bones are crushed and after 15 min his legs went cold seems the circulation was cut. I think if it had a strong square board at the the bottom/base or a cushion could work well. Some how the cat was hanging forward and I had to keep him up and back that was very tiring. Another suggestion the back of the carrier where touches on the person's chest seems very thin and does not seem to be able to support the strong and the sturdy material of the bag and the straps. I do not know if they change that they can keep the cost low. I looks it is going to tear quickly. It might work well for dogs. I wished it worked BC it does have great features and it is well made.

My Maltese is about 13-15 pounds, and I usually buy him clothing items that are size small.... with an occasional medium... I ordered this same item from China and it cost the same and took about 2+ months to receive. I made the mistake of ordering a size S and my dog couldnt fit into it if I tried! An S size is made for the tiniest dogs like a mini yorkie or chihuahua. I didnt want to wait again. I figured I'd try when I saw the same thing on Amazon. They had a realistic sizing chart, I measured the dog, I ordered a size L!!!! This dog is not a large dog so I was hesitant but when it arrived a few days later, it totally fit!Fast delivery, perfect fit, the dog loves it! He squirmed the first few times getting him in, but now he brings it to me to go out for a walk together. Hes 13 yrs old so this gives him a chance to go for a walk without all the pain.Love it!

The bag is very sturdy and well-made, but size up by one; The sizing chart is a bit inaccurate.I measured my pup, and she was smaller than the measurements for "Small". So I went with a small.However, the bag ended up being smaller than expected. It does not fit her chest properly, as it's below the shoulders.I am going to return this small one, as I just placed my order for a medium one instead.Nonetheless, excellent quality, but please make sure to measure your pup and size up.The small will fit a "teacup/toy/tiny" yorkie under 3-months, or any true "teacup/toy/tiny" puppy/dog. My pup is 2.5 pounds. So 2 pounds or less is ideal for the "small".

For the price, this is a great product. My dog weighs just over 16 lbs and is considered a long dog. The pack is a touch short for her but not enjoy cause her any issue. The straps do leave a lot to be desired as they end up hurting my shoulders after a bit but all in all this is a great pack for the morning money if you have a dog who loves to hike but can’t physically do it anymore like mine. Do wish there were packs for long dogs. My Shih-Tzu could use one a bit longer as I have to push her arms down to get them into the arm holes but I’m so happy she can go on long hikes again as her body can’t do it anymore. The only thing I really don’t like is the straps will really dig and hurt if you have to carry your dog for several miles like I do.

I wanted to be able to take my lil viscous 18yr old poodle mix to the dog park with my bigger dogs. She doesn't get around all that great anymore, so I bought this carrying pack. she liked it and she didn't seem uncomfortable at all. It was kind of tricky getting her into it, because of the struggle she put up the first time. but after she realized it wasn't going to hurt her, it was easier to get her in and out of it. If I wore her like a back pack, the device was comfortable, but if I turned it around to wear her on the front, it tended to make my back hurt. But over-all, it's a great product.

Large.fits my 7 pound 12 inch mini dachshund fairly well. Previously owned the striped multi color one and it seemed to fit better. I do wish it had the option of crossing the back straps in addition to to horizontal support strap. Otherwise well made, sturdy and easy to clean.
