I purchased this camera to keep watch over the outdoors area of my home.Set-up was pretty simple. The instructions, while obviously written by someone who's native language is not English, were clear enough to be understood. Installing the camera was quick and easy, and connecting it to my home network was straight forward.One caveat on wireless connection, however. If your wireless network uses special characters (! _ ?) etc, the firmware in the camera does not understand them, and won't connect. Also, it only works with 2.4GHz transmission rates. Not really a big deal, but something to be aware of.Image quality is very very good for the price paid, and I like that the field of view is incredibly large.All-in-all, a very good product for the price paid.

Good wifi camera to monitor our garage. Took a little time to figure out the instructions, but was able to set it up in about 20 min and has worked fine since.Instructions were slightly tricky to understand, so I'll explain a bit on the process. You use a barcode reader on your phone to scan the barcode on the instruction sheet which brings you to the 360Eyes app. Install the app, create an account, plug in the power cable, and insert your micro sd card (upside down). Then using the app, add a camera using the wifi option, choose your wifi and enter the password. The app then creates a few beeps and after about 20-30 seconds, the camera emits an audio that camera is connected. Initially I could not view the camera through the app, it kept saying the camera is offline. After many tries, I stopped the app and restarted it and then it showed the camera was online.The things that work well are:- It takes Class 10 Micro SD cards, so you don't need to sign up for a Cloud account (which is an option). The micro sd slot is in front of the camera (right below the reset button). Make sure to insert the micro sd card upside down- When viewing your camera, you can take video or photo snapshots on demand and it saves to the micro sd card- It appears the micro sd card is encrypted to protect from people copying the photos off. The app does allow you to view your photos and videos, and email them to yourself which is a way to get photos/videos off the card- You can share the access to your camera with other users, although I haven't tried this yet- Camera quality seems to be pretty good. I've attached a couple photos at night in my kitchen, as well as the garage with and without lights at night- Allows you to send a voice message through the camera using your app. Just press the microphone button when viewing your camera and you can have a 2 way communication through the camera and app- You can set the auto-record hours, I just set it to all day- Works fine when you're remote and using your phone's data plan as well. Video and camera are not choppy. It gives you a warning that you're using a data plan as well- Has an ethernet port if you need that, but I just used WifiCouple things that can be improved are larger instruction sheet (the fonts were pretty small), and maybe clearer instructions. But overall, this works as a home security camera at a common price point. Helpful when you're on vacation, or just need to view your home when you're away

I love this camera. The only reason the easy to install only got 3 stars is because it was a little hard to understand the directions and it took several times trying to connect to my wifi. The camera turns on its own which is neat and I think the best part is me being able to talk to my dogs. Of course they cannot understand how I am in the camera. This is a camera I would recommend for anyone wanting to watch over something they treasure.

What I like about this camera is it spins and I don’t have to be there to adjust the angle. Pictures are good decent quality. My favorite part is I can talk to the camera which helps my baby sleep much better at night.

Very good, very easy to install and use. Very user friendly. Everyone in my family has cameras and alarms, . My wife is super happy. Check orrow... Meh... It looks more beautiful, but this one has a better choice. That's a big deal for me. I expect this system to be able to detect movement, have good sound, good night vision, etc.,In a word, you deserve it

Easy setup-I was concerned when one reviewer wrote camera would not connect to the wi fin if special characters were involved. Not so. I just downloaded 360EYES on all my devices & the camera is visible on each one as desired. Frankly I never read the directions which needed a magnifying glass to see. Font is ridiculously small.

This was way too expensive for the quality of the camera. It was cool to hear the sounds but the quality was horrible. Set up was very hard to do as well because you had to continuously do it again every time it runs out of battery.

Can’t really raise the value accurately because I can’t get it to work. They said it was easy to set up I never got it set up so it sits in my closet and totally worthless as far as I’m concerned. Wish I had returned it…
