Extra Warm Rechargeable Battery Heated Socks

Bought for my husband who is having neuropathy in his feet from Chemo therapy. He always has ice cold toes. These socks work wonderful, heat his feet perfect on the second setting. It is simple to recharge the battery packs and the socks did not shrink in cold water hand wash and line dry. They are made of a nice soft yarn and fit him well.

They are a little tight for his 13 size foot but warms up fast, stays warm and easy to charge and use.

I purchased these socks because I am tired of the many soccer games in cold and wet Seattle where my feet get cold no matter how thick my Smartwool socks are and no matter how fancy my boots are.I wore these the last weekend and to my delight had toasty feet! During the coldest part of the game I turned them up to high and for the meal afterwards turned down to low. I wore them until they ran out of batteries. They are charged and ready to go!The battery pack is small....but I traded my skinny jeans to boyfriend jeans instead.I really like mine.

Pros. They are socks.Cons. They don't heat up much. I guess they might take a chill off your feet but who knows. My girlfriend kept hers on whilst lounging on the sofa, she didn't feel any warmer.The battery pack is bulky. It sticks out maybe an inch from the sock. Useless if your boots are high.

Only the tops get warm and they dont get that warm. Ghe heating element doesn't even bhit your toes. It warms up just behind your toes. Theck feels sturdy but mine ripped when I was trying to pull them up on the first time using them. The socks only go half way above your calf.

If you are a deer hunter you need a pair of these socks you cannot beat them, they keep your feet warm for along time they are awesome.

Thought they would heat up better.

I try to keep up my favorite hobby, mountain biking even in the winter. These socks make riding in the crisp 20 degree air during Wisconsin winters enjoyable still. The are very thick and well made. I have never needed to double up on socks when I where these. They perform as promised! Well worth the money!!
