Wonderful .. Comfortable fit, great sound, great noise cancellation

Nice sound and noise cancelling. 3 hrs netflix and low battery.

Pros: These earbuds are really good as far as music and also making calls as they have really good mics HOWEVER... Cons: The connection is a PAIN Sometimes it just doesn't want to connect Sometimes all of a sudden it switches the calls feature or music off from the Bluetooth on its own I wish it had a wing to securely fit inside my ear as it keeps sliding outside my ear Update: 2nd of Jun 2024 The seller offered a full refund and to keep the headset so no complaints there and I also bought another headset from them for the good after sale serivce

I had a SoundPeats from before and an Anker and Bose earbuds for my flights.... Instead of buying a new Anker to upgrade from my old one I just checked this one and WOW what a big surprise..... The ANC is better than the latest Samsung which I also tried. And the Volume levels are also slightly Higher. It's just absolutely amazing....

Great sound, great packaging, really good battery life. But many connection issues which started on the second use, occasionally stutters with both earbuds connected, but will sometimes just refuse to play clearly when in single earbud mode. This is my third purchase, faced bad connection on all 3 earbuds

Hats off to Amazon for the fast delivery support. I received the item within 35 minutes of placing the order. I have been using the SoundPEATS brand for 5 years, and now I decided to upgrade to the latest model. I like the product, but it’s a little painful in the ears due to the tight fit. The sound quality is okay.

Sadly - after using many different models of Soundpeats - I have found the one that disappoints! it constantly disconnects in the middle of a call. I have been contacted by the supplier and they have kindly replaced the soundpeats with a brand new pair. The new ones work just fine 👍🏻 thanks again
