Works on Samsung Android
Works with no issues on my Samsung Fold 6, even charges through a hefty case (with magnet built in). Did note that the grip does get quite hot pretty quickly when charging; will definitely keep an eye on it to see how things go during a normal use case (thus the -1 star for the moment). Slightly annoying that I have to manually disconnect from Bluetooth after use; turning it "off" turns off the charging/portable battery part only, not the capture trigger/button (it stays lit green until you disconnect). I guess that also means this can fuction as a remote (works when not attached to the phone).UPDATE: On a second attempt at charging, no concerning heat.

Better Grip at a fraction of the cost.
I compared this to the Leica grip, that now cost about $650.00. This product is much better. I returned the other more costly grip.It also works with all of my photo and video apps. A great product!

Love it!
This is the coolest accessory! I’m a photographer but don’t want to bring my camera around everywhere I go. But I also hated the feeling of taking pictures with my phone. I found a happy medium option by getting this nifty little gadget which gives me the feel I’m used to with the slightly added weight and shutter option. The charging feature is also awesome and there is no lag! Bluetooth connects great. Definitely happy with this product and highly recommend.

Don’t Waste Your Money
This is wildly impractical for travel photography with an iPhone. It is slow and clunky to connect via bluetooth but worst of all, the shutter button is not raised slightly above the grip (as a real camera shutter button is) nor is it even slightly sensitive. So many great “in the moment” shots were delayed or missed fumbling around to activate the shutter. Thank God I carry a real, interchangeable lens camera with me also! The free Vine reviewers that give it such glowing reviews are clearly not photographers. I think it’s best to avoid this over-priced and impractical grip.

Nice way to add a good grip to your phone.
Ever since my Nokia Lumia days, I have always loved the idea of having a camera grip accessory for my phone. It has been a very long time since I actually used a dedicated camera. For quite a while now, smartphones have been capable of taking amazing pictures and videos. However, one thing I have missed is the grip that comes from using those dedicated cameras. This accessory does a fantastic job of adding that grip very easily.I appreciate the MagSafe compatibility, as the magnets make it simple to snap the grip on and off whenever needed. The build quality and overall design are excellent. This accessory has provided my phone with the grip I desire when taking photos and videos. I truly love it.

Transform your phone into a camera.
The KraftGeek MagSafe phone stand camera grip is quickly becoming my favorite Pixel 9 Pro XL accessory. The grip is excellent, providing a stable, camera-like feel that's a welcome improvement over holding the phone alone. The Bluetooth shutter release works flawlessly for both photos and videos for right handers.Updating for wireless charging. I have an unusual wireless charging issue. When attaching the stand, my android phone will frequently cycle through charging starts, sometimes excessively. This occurred with two different MagSafe cases. The wireless charging always automatically turns on when I attach my phone, but the bluetooth shutter release does not turn on. I have to press the shutter button for 3 seconds to turn it on, but it immediately connects to the phone. I'd like to turn off the wireless charging and have the shutter button connect automatically. The built-in 5000mAh battery provides a partial charge, roughly 40-45% for my Pixel 9 Pro XL's 5060mAh battery when idle. While not a full recharge, it's beneficial for extending camera usage. The stand passes through power, allowing charging of the phone and then the stand at 9.5W. The stand charges at 17W when not attached to the phone. Importantly, neither device gets excessively hot when charging or during use.The size makes it impractical for pocket carry attached to the phone. I'm afraid that the phone might fall when I try to take it out of my pocket. It stores easily in a bag and attaches quickly and easily. If you prioritize a superior camera grip and shutter release for your MagSafe-compatible phone, this stand is a worthwhile investment, despite the wireless charging restarts.
