Awful , the mop does not spin; it’s rigid so you cannot use it properly , you cannot wring out the water so it’s far too wet on the floorBucket is too small you need to fill it really high to wet the mop , then it tips to one side when lifted even with the advised amount of water . Cheap rubbish .

Arrived in good time. Bucket is good but not very pleased with the mop. The head is ridged and not easy to use. It doesn’t bend or get into lots of little nicks and crannies. The spinning mechanism is disjointed and awkward and frankly annoying. Wish I’d spent a few £ more and got a better mop. All in all a waste of money. I’ll probably never use it

So easy to use, bucket the right size to fit in my utility cupboard and love that the mop compacts when not needed too. The spinner takes the excess water off so the floor doesn’t get too wet and drys quickly without streaking.We’ve just had a new puppy so it’s being used frequently and we’re on a water meter so great that you don’t need a load of water to make best use of it.The only down side it that is like 1/2 more mop head pads but that’s not really a proper problem.

Ok for the money, not the easiest to use the spin does not always work and have to stand on the mop head to add weight to move the handles angle.

the bucket handles are flimsy so when bucket is full of water it can easily tip to oneside spilling out water. The mop does not spin out enough water so its very wet an therrfore does not do a good job. I am very disappointed with this an wish I had spent my money elsewhere as definetly not worth the price 😪

Great mop very easy to use bucket not big but fantastic for me . Not sure how i will get extra heads . But it cleans great

The mop is ok but the bucket is unfit for purpose. It’s shallow and oblong. When you lift it by the handle it tips with left or right and all of the water gushed onto the floor. The worst bucket design in human history. A bucket? You’d have picked up a decent one 6,000 years ago. These donuts have over engineered a bucket. Really? Absolute idiots.
