This is some incredible stuff. First time I’ve ever tried it and I not only like the flavor but you can feel it working. I will be using chaga for the rest of my life.

Alaska Chaga mushroom chunks
So far I have only used this in making sauce and grating it into my salad, ect. The chunks are about a half inch in diameter or a little more and rock hard making it hard to grate but I like it that way. They have a good healthy taste. I will eventually make tincture with it when I get motivated. Like the fact they are from Alaska also.

This product is fantastic. It tastes great
This product is fantastic. It tastes great, is extremely beneficial to your health, and it is worth trying. I found this product after I stopped drinking coffee - as well as caffeinated tea - in an effort to lower my reliance on caffeine and lower my anxiety/stress levels. I gave Kava a try for a while and found it to be relaxing, but it wasn’t very enjoyable to drink. I leaned about Chaga from some Alaska Native folks that I work with. They told me they recommend it to people who have weak immune systems. I have an autoimmune disease, so I am always in the market for anything organic, gluten-free, non-gmo, and helpful to a damaged immune system. I found this product on Amazon and it is clearly unrefined and un-messed with. I live in Alaska and it is rare to have a product, such as Chaga, available for purchase online. I have been drinking this Chaga for the last week and I have found it to have a relaxing effect on me. I noticed that I have been sleeping well when I drink it in the evenings. For me personally, it has been a great substitute for daytime and nighttime tea. Definitely recommending giving it a try, it is well worth the money you spend on it.

Pros and cons
I love chaga and its benefits, mild flavour. This purchase had both pros and cons:Pros: Whole chaga is reuseable, seemed freshCons: Quite expensive, not nearly uniform in size and contained less desirable ground/crumbsThe photo shows the entire package contents. Arrived on time.

Chaga reduced my A1c
I steep my Chaga for 8-10 hours on low in my crockpot...1 cup chaga to 3 quarts water. This allows me to have a strong, concentrated liquid. I store and refrigerate the liquid in BPA free containers. Each morning I add about 3 Tbs. of the liquid to my brewed cup of morning coffee. Tastes great. I have also at times added hot water to the 3 Tbs. amount to make a tea which I really enjoy also. This is all the chaga that I consume daily. Now for the good part. I was borderline diabetic. My morning blood sugar levels registered from 125-138. My A1c was around 6.5. When I started drinking chaga, I noticed an immediate decrease in morning blood sugar levels. At first it dropped to 114, then to 110, 108 and now my morning levels are 95-98. My A1c has also lowered. I’ve only had one reading while on chaga, but that was 5.9 (after only taking chaga for 3 weeks). I can’t wait to see what my next reading is, especially after morning readings in the 90’s. It is important to drink chaga that is harvested during the winter.

Very nice
Never tried Chaga but after coming across it to be beneficial to the immune system I had to try it. I am sure I put more chunks than I needed for this size pot but I got a good dark amber color. It has a slight maple (I guess) scent and mild flavor. I didn't see anything wrong with this product and delivery was good.I already have some in a large mason jar for a tincture to ensure I have a good spectrum of its benefit.
