The SLMD Hyaluronic Acid Face Moisturizer comes in nice, clean packaging that feels professional and easy to use. The moisturizer itself is lightweight, absorbing quickly into my skin without any greasy residue. It feels great and leaves my skin feeling smooth, fresh, and lightly hydrated. Benefits like long-term hydration and skin smoothing are still TBD with ongoing use, but initial impressions are very positive for daily wear.

I am a long time Dr. Pimple Popper fan and am happy that her products (well this one at least) are well made and actually good. The cream is kind of a gel-cream and is totally fragrance free. I use it as my daytime moisturizer which is the last step in my skincare routine and it goes on nicely. There is no pilling or odd feeling on my face or hands when I apply it. It plays well with my skincare routine and my spf goes nicely over it as well. FYI - this actually works very well as a hand lotion too. It gives my hands that feeling of softeness and younger skin when I use it. I think I'll keep it in my purse as well for on the go touchups since it is travel size!

This is a very light moisturizer, in my opinion, I think it would be best for warmer months or during the day. This does not have a ton of ingredients and it advertises having Hyaluronic Acid as its big ingredient. It also contains Dimethicone, which is something I have been seeing less and less in higher end skincare, I think it is for the better. I have always had a issues with products containing Dimethicone, or my skin has rather; I get an exacerbation of rosacea. I know that many people prefer the feel of it and that it makes the skin feel and look temporarily smoother. This moisturizer works pretty well under makeup for that reason, it can provide a smoother template to apply your makeup to.

I like that it's a bit more of a cream and less gel-like, so it feels nice to apply. It's moisturizing, perhaps not as much as some heavier duty ones but it works great for daytime skincare. It has no fragrance which I love, since (particularly with facial care) I really don't like any kind of strong scents right in my nose. It's very gentle and I didn't experience any irritation, and it absorbed well instead of sitting on my face for a long time and making me feel a bit oily.

This moisturizer is very hydrating. It doesn’t leave my face sticky or greasy. I have very dry skin but this is works great and I don’t even need to reapply in the morning.

This cream form feels rich and very moisturizing to my face. It is also gentle feeling and without any stinging. I like another ingredient in this cream and that is Centella Asiatica Extract. I have areas of Rosacea and the centella asiatica extract is calming to my skin. This is a face cream I like because it has good ingredients. I think this is a delicate cream for daytime. It’s thin, light, spreads easily, and has no scent. I don’t think it’s enough for the driest Winter nights, but great for Summer days. It’s a white, thin cream, not a clear gel as implied on the description. It’s a bit pricey for 2oz, and having the association with Dr Pimple Popper on the packaging is both good and bad. It lends it some authority as compared to other new, small brands, yet I keep thinking about oozing pimples each time I see the logo which gives me a gross association - not exactly a spa-like skincare experience. It doesn’t say anything about it being ethically made or having no animal testing, no PETA approved sticker which I would have appreciated.

I was using a moisturizer that was great except for when I was having break outs. I’ve been looking for good moisturizers I could use for days when my skin was being more difficult and ordered this one as it seemed to fit the bill. This isn’t the mildest moisturizer and I could feel it on my skin when I first applied it. But it wasn’t anything that was difficult to tolerated and after a few minutes my skin felt calmer than before I applied it. The moisturizer absorbed easily with no sticky residue.
