Used this to move from a two story house with a basement to another and it helped A LOT! For anyone needing to move things like washing machines, dryers, and other large appliances I recommend this doly. It is very sturdy and manages weight well for a very reasonable price. Very happy with this purchase.

Dispelling a few myths here. This is sold via a third party, not Amazon, so therefore they use a third party shipper, FedEx, which is notorious for damaging packages for reasons I won’t expound upon here. So right off the bat, you’re betting that FedEx won’t bend this up along the way. The likelihood of damage in transit is increased due to the hand truck just being shrink wrapped. The tires are tied in near the bottom rung so a heavy impact there is likely what causes the bend you see in other reviews. By the time it got here, mine had the shrink wrap torn away on the axle points in back and one of the front lip corners. The front lip is only protected by a small folded piece of cardboard. Despite that, mine only had a couple small scratches/dings, barely noticeable, on the upper handle. Next up is the cotter pin/missing hardware situation. Mine came with the four washers and two cotter pins zip-tied to the axle which was then shrink-wrapped to one of the posts. No missing hardware. I’m not sure if the practice here changed to avoid lost hardware as reported in other reviews. I would think if the zip tie breaks then you’d lose all the hardware not just one cotter pin given the shrink wrapping. Lastly, regarding functionality, I am pleased to say I used this to move quite a few pieces of furniture on to a new epoxy floor to avoid any scuffing or scratching and it performed very well. While I did not move anything near the rated 600lbs, I did move several large items with great successs. Great for your residential needs for sure. In closing, you’re getting a pretty decent hand truck for ~$60 *shipped* from a non-Prime reseller. You can’t sniff another one on Amazon for anywhere near that price, Prime or not, let alone one with pneumatic wheels. If you’re lucky enough to get it through transit undamaged, you’ll be happy with the product at this price point.

I would have been happy to give this product five stars, except that it arrived with no cotter pins for the wheels. Many other reviewers have reported exactly the same issue, going back as far as June 2021. This was not a problem for me, as I have plenty of cotter pins in my workshop, but still, a complaint as common as this one, for as long as this one has been reported on Amazon, should have been fixed a long time ago by the seller. The seller is just shooting themselves in the foot by not addressing this issue: They're receiving reduced ratings from buyers for the cost of a pair of cotter pins (a few cents). In my case, the reason the cotter pins were missing was obvious: The unit came shipped without a box, simply encased in shrink-wrap plastic. The cotter pins appear to have been held inside a little "pouch" made of the same shrink-wrap plastic, that was wrapped around one of the side members of the hand truck. But by the time I received it, with all the jostling during shipment, that little pouch was torn at the bottom and the cotter pins probably just fell out. My guess is they're probably rattling around on the floor of the FedEx truck in which the unit was delivered. Functionally, other than the missing cotter pins, it's a very nice hand truck, and a good value for the money at the price I paid ($49 in October, 2023): Sturdy all-steel construction, good weld quality, pneumatic wheels (10" diameter, as advertised) and nice hard epoxy finish. If the seller had fixed the "lost cotter pins" issue two years ago (when it was first reported here on Amazon) I'd definitely have given it 5 stars.
