I liked the original CRU products and these updated items maintain the standard. No problems in machine. Will buy again.

Decent coffee, terrible packaging
Capsules often get stuck in one's machine.Whilst I don't mind tearing capsules open to recycle & compost the contents, it's not very efficient.Internal packaging is also a faff; capsules can get easily bent...which leads to issues again with the machine.Quality of this line is fine though, and I got them on an insane deal (£6 or so for 60 capsules!).I think though I'll be returning to compostable capsules or even Nespresso themselves, because it's a much greater time saving option than equivalents.

These capsules are packaged in a classy box carrying all the credentials of organic, fair trade and recyclable aluminium. Notes are described as cedar wood, dark chocolate and whiskey and I whilst I can not claim to have determined such subtle flavours I did think it was a good flavoursome cup of coffee where you where you could be tempted to have a second cup. The capsules worked well in my machine which is not always the case with Nespresso compatible pods.

These are great espresso capsules for your Nespresso machine. The coffee is strong, with notes of chocolate and whiskey. Great value for 60 capsules.

Very enjoyable (with a clear conscience)
Before I got to the taste I was happy to see "organic" and "Fairtrade".The pods worked well in my Nespresso machine. I enjoyed Lungo and I probably wouldn't drink these any other way.Dark but not excessively so. The idea of dark chocolate and whiskey more than a definite "oh, yes, I can taste that". It's more like a "feeling in the mouth" that resonates with me as a single malt guy.Nicely packaged. Recycle the pods and grounds. Rather fancy another cup now :-)

Customer service was outstanding when I had questions about the product.
Press the button for either an espresso or lungo shot on your Nespresso machine, based on your preferred coffee strength and water volume. As your coffee begins to flow into the cup, the machine will automatically stop once the desired amount is dispensed. Lift the lever to eject the used coffee pod into the machine's container. Note that these steps might vary slightly depending on your machine model, so always check your manufacturer's instructions.
