Simple install, powered up the unit, does a nice job cooling the trailer. very quiet. Standing 30 feet away I cannot hear the unit running. Using my Honda EU2000 generator in eco mode the unit will start cooling and not even draw enough power to cause the generator to go into high power mode. Inside on 50% mode the unit only sounds like a fan running inside my trailer.

This chill cube is ABSOLUTELY SAVING OUR LIVES this summer! We spent the winter in our RV in Arizona thinking the weather would be perfect. Well, ot seemed to heat up earlier than expected and we only had one AC unit to try to keep us cool. That just wasn't cutting it so we bought the chill cube and BOY OH BOY! WHAT A DIFFERENCE! It's everything it's cracked up to be and more! Of course after we installed this in the bedroom, our unit in the living area gave out. Because I'm on a fixed income I need to save for another unit because right now I'm stuck in the bedroom where it's beautifully cold! Grea unit and we highly recommend!

Bought a Chill Cube and now I can run my A/C at home when it parked off my standard garage outlet. Quiet and smooth. This is the interior plate and along with the remote that senses your interior temp instead of having the temp measured from inside the unit vent gives you better control. Very easy upgrade and I HIGHLY recommend this purchase to upgrade your RV A/C.

This replaced a Dometic in our bedroom that was so noisy that you couldn't sleep with it on. The Chill Cube blowers runs the entire time it is on and the compressor runs only as needed. Runs so quiet we don't notice it, and the constant air movement is a plus for us. We even ran it on fan only in cooler weather to help circulate air from the furnace, and it worked great for that too.

Easy to install and very low profile. You can control the air conditioner from this panel or use the included remote control. Can't get much easier.

Great replacement for our RV air conditioner. Unit cools the coach down very rapidly when using the "swing" option. This distribution box had to be purchased in addition to the Chill Cube rooftop unit, but we understood that when we were looking at the actual Chill Cube. We had ducted air in the front, but get great results with this non-ducted distribution box. Buyers should be aware that the fan is running constantly when on. This is not a problem for us. With my allergies and a dog, I like the air to be continuously filtered. Also a plus: the remote can be placed where you want the temperature controlled. This unit is much quieter than our previous air conditioner and has a soft start.

All great parts, arrived well cared for. But no instructions, only a Q/R code, I don't have connections nor able to qr stuff... but I figured it out and it's operating well.

Great AC unit for RV. Easy installation. Only note make sure your RV has power to operate it. Some older 30 amp service RVs may have a problem with it. We called the company and they explained power requirements.

I have been waiting for an inverter air conditioner like this for a few years. I can run it off a 2000 watt champion inverter generator running on propane. I just have to keep the air conditioner in low or medium fan speed to stay in the load range for the inverter. Used it quite a few times this summer and fall without any issues.

Works well

This replaced our brand new 13.5k HE unit which couldn’t run on anything other than 30A shore power. This one ramps up to about 10-20A depending on settings. It can therefore run off battery/inverter or a small generator. Plus it seems to cool better and at half the volume. Shocking improvement. They should come with these from the factory!

It's a good well-designed kit that's easy to install. The remote needs to be very close though...that's the only thing.
