I froze this item in my upright freezer 2 days before I planned on using it. I pulled it out on the day of use and put a 3 gallon vanilla ice cream tub in it. The container and tub were out on the table for 7+ hours in 90+ degree heat and the ice cream only slightly melted. Guests at the party were impressed with how the ice cream was staying frozen and the ice cream sundae bar was the hit of the party.

I’ve used these at several catering events and they work great. Definitely need to freeze for 12 hours or more before use!

Used at a party in 90 degree weather. Was a big hit and 3 gallons of ice cream that fit in it serves a lot of people! The ice cream stayed frozen for at least 5 hours!

Disappointed!! I Purchased this Item on June 2nd 2025. I followe all instructions, Used it on A Hot Day my ice cream melted within one hour I figured maybe it was too hot. I attempted to used it today and my ice cream again melted within an hour. I was at an event. It was the worst thing that could’ve happened.! Watery mess! it is past my return date I will be contacting the seller. I would like a product that works and hopefully they will replace this Item because it obviously does not do its job. These ice cream bins are not cheap . I figured I’d pay the extra for a good product and ended up disappointed. PERFECT!! It will keep your ice cream all day. I put my 3gallon ice cream in the deep freezer which freeze harder than the freezer. My ice cream was so frozen it was hard to get it out . You might wanna make sure your ice cream is about 30-40 degrees and not below zero cause it will hold its temperature

Followed instructions but did not keep the ice cream frozen. Melted within an hour.

I found that it wasn’t staying as cold as I would like so I put about 2 inches of water at the bottom then froze it and that works for keeping my dips cold for about 4/5 hours. Lid handle is a bit annoying to hold. Wish it was a loop or something.

Bought 3 crocks for -outdoor -annual ice cream social !!!!all flavors stayed perfectly frozen and easy to scoop for 4 hoursDry ice and ice used previous years was very messy, expensive and difficult to set up. The crocks sitting on a table made serving very easy.Loved these and. can’t wait to use again !!
