It mixes easily with water but the flavor isn’t the best but it works! I have felt better since drinking it and will continue to use it.

I absolutely love this stuff. And it lasts a long time. I add a small teaspoon to my lavender and reishi mushroom tea with a touch of honey before bed. Helps to calm down my mental body so the physical body can prepare for bed. 1 jar will definitely last for 2 months. I find it that if you drink this every 3rd evening seems to work best. To much all the time the body becomes immune to it. Meaning you don't feel the effects as much when you enjoy a cup once every 3rd evening. Definitely will be something that will be part of my liquid supplement regime.

It smells very calming and taste like camomile lavender tea with hints of sweetness. It’s not overly sweet so it’s perfect for night time but still curb post-dinner sweet tooth . The color is gorgeous blue with no artificial coloring at all. Just blue spirulina. I add this to frozen banana to make blue smoothie. The only thing I don’t like is kinda gritty if mix with water. It makes it hard to drink the last bit. Mix with smoothie is fine tho so I recommend to mix with something thicker.

So light and refreshing with tons of great ingredients. Very fresh and green, but less grassy tasting than others like it. So tasty it is getting permanent kitchen counter real estate next to the other mixes I throw in my water bottles and smoothies every morning. This company rocks.
