Monkey Business Sports Bungee Jumper

Bought for an active 8 year olds birthday. He mastered it right away and seemed to have a lot of fun. Even the adults gave it a try.

The jumper is not so bouncy as it seemed to me. Well then again the picture doesn't really depict it to be so bouncy. This product was not for my son. He did not do very well with it because of the lack of being able to bounce.

I ordered this sold on Amazon by Hearthsong. The Amazon illustration I followed and picture on the box for this bungee jumper shows what appears to be a molded handle atached to a handgrip. NOT! It is a foam base with 2 elastic cords attached and threaded through a handgrip. The child has to pull up hard to keep tension on the lines which interferes with balance. The description on the amazon ad said for ages 4 and up. The box says "manufacturer does not recommend for children under 6." If I had known these 2 things I would have passed on this as a toy for my soon-to-be 4-yr-old granddaughter. This is going right back. I strongly suggest if you are considering this toy that you look at all amazon ads for it, since now I see other ads that do show exact pictures of the toy and include the manufacturer's "ages 6 and up" guidance.

From the description, one would think this is a bouncy jumper. There is very little bounce in the foam bottom. Children are able to jump and get some exercise with it, but the fun ratio is quite limited.

OK - not quite as durable as I thought - but good buy for the money

I purchased this for my granddaughter who is five and a half years old. She has a lot of energy and is always wanting to jump and run. This Nana is just a tad too old for all that activity, but I can sit and watch her jump on her Bungee Jumper! She is having a ball!

I purchased this toy for my 7 yr. old grandaughter's Birthday as she had been asking for a "pogo stick" and her parents told her she was too young. When she opened the present she jumped up & down in excitement & said "I always wanted this" :-) She absolutely loves it & has a great time "jumping" around on it.Her 5 yr. old brother loves it also.It seems to be quite sturdy & is exacly what it is pictured to be.

It does get her jumping, but thought it would give more lift as seen in package pictures.Did not turn out as fun as expected.

perfect gift for kids who love to bounce, and play

To firm for kids they really don't enjoy this one at all. I bought one similar to this that is much softer and it squeaks and kids love that one
