I’ve been using this occasionally and it definitely works. It helped relieve constipation without too much discomfort, but I would recommend starting with a lower dose to see how your body reacts. It usually works overnight for me, and I didn’t experience any major side effects, just mild cramping the first time. After that, it was fine. Overall, it does what it’s supposed to do. I’ve used many products over the years for constipation but recently none of those products have been effective. I was becoming desperate to get some relief so that I’d give this product a try. It seemed reasonable priced and had good reviews. I got them yesterday morning, took 2 capsules before bed last night and have NOT been disappointed with the results throughout the day. I feel lighter and hopeful again…it had been about 3 or 4 days since my last “movement” but I’m now feeling free as a bird! NO nasty taste, NO stomach cramping, and NO crazy sense of urgency to go. Very natural movements that seem manageable for every day life! I will DEFINITELY be buying these again…well worth the money!

Works almost too well. Do not take the recommended dose. You will have an explosion. And your stomach will hurt. Just take half of one pill to start.
