A ANLEOLIFE 5-Pound Heavy Duty Square .095-Inch-by-1280-ft String Trimmer Line in Spool, with Bonus Line Cutter

I have been using this line for several years and am very impressed with it. It cuts through really tough vegetation, for example along a roadside, with very little wear. This is in use on a large estate, with everything from just plain grass to small shrub wannabes , thistles, Johnson grass, etc.My only negatives are about packaging. The previous spool I bought was a 3 pounder, but it is not available any more, apparently. Would have preferred to buy it again, but had to go with the 5 pound spool. I also bought one of the 1 pound dispenser packs (.080) just to see how they would work out. Narrowly averted a disaster taking it out of the box -- the two halves of the dispenser had come undone during shipment, and I just missed having it spill its guts out and put line all over the floor. It's also not clear if the line is supposed to dispense starting with the tagged end, or the other end.Also, having the included line cutter tie-wrapped to the package is a little lame. I had a similar package from another manufacturer who took the extra step of having the cuter molded into the package. Very nice, no flopping around and fumbling with the cutter, and it never got lost.

It seemed sturdier than other types of string that same size. I use it on a walk behind string trimmer and I did not have to change out the string as often and seem to cut the grass and brush as well as the others I have tries. Value-wise you get a lot of line for a fair price.

I had to cut these to the length my string mower uses, but it was worth it. I think they are as good if not better than the OEM string that came with it. I have noticed a difference in uninterrupted mowing time, and losing a string from use. Very good.

This is working great with my weed eater power mower. I am able to cut through all the grasses and weeds at our ranch. This will cut through small trees under 1/2" thick.Once I determined the length of cord needed (21") then I cut a dozen pairs.This is a huge money saver over the cost of pre-cut strands and they are easy to cut (done not use sizes - go into your adult tools and get a cutter).

Rolled up 4 spools and did my overgrown back yard. This stuff is the bomb, it last about 4 time as long as any other line I've ever used.

stuff seems to work quite well, my trimmer takes strips and cutter they supplied works well, only issue i have is SQUARE string is thick and was difficult to install until i realized i could use pliers to crimp it for easier install

The trimmer line appears to be good quality...at least as good as OEM. One downside is the spooled filament curves more sharply and are a little hard to fit into a sleeve that came with the trimmer. I suggest you make a jig to cut to length. I used a piece of PVC pipe with one end closed: push the line to the bottom and cut at the top. It makes cutting additional lines easier and quicker. I'll upload some pics later.

This line i bought to rewind a troy bilt trimmer,I cut some brush and small saplings and many large weeds,I honestly didnt expect to be pleased, but it wound on the spool fine and worked fine, it cuts better and lasts longer than original and line suggested for the trimmer. would buy every time now

Comes in a dispenser that works . It is square section and is not brittle .
