Been using this iron fish for several months now because I was borderline anemic. I can really tell my energy levels have increased. It's easy to use. I make a pot every few days and store the water in the fridge to use in my daily drinking intake.

my daughter recommended these as i was very low on iron, i got these before my infusions, started noticing a difference using only the iron fish, now that im done with my iron infusions i have been maintaining my iron weekly using these, with the help of my infusions and the fish i now feel like a new person.

There is no taste associated with use. The product is something we just recently started using to try and increase our iron absorption. We find the clips on the end very useful! Would definitly recommend.

Worked great to add iron to your diet

Had a bad bout of anemia recently. The iron fish helped me intake more iron in my meals and it seems to be helping with my ferritin levels. I add them to any boiling water that is needed for any meal. It’s easy and the water & meals do not have an iron metallic taste. There is a hole for a chain, but no chain was included, which would of been nice to have. I scoop them out with a spoon instead. It's pretty cheap especially since I can basically use them forever. I recommend to wash and dry them immediately after use to avoid any rusting.
