Khombu Men's Rapids Casual Slide Sandal

This doesn't really reflect on these sandals. FedEx couldn't find my house for two days for these sandals; but they found my house with a different order. So, I'm unhappy with FedEx.The sandals are quite comfortable and I wear them frequently. My only complaint is the tendency to slide off my feet as I walk. They are really good if one is a shuffle walker. But a strider (i.e. picking up your entire foot to take a step) is somewhat problematic. I have them on now.I bought them as house shoes that I can wear outside to get the paper, etc. and for that I am very satisfied.

I like the look and construction of these shoes and they were a good value but I found that the elastic in the shoes would cause for the shoe to be pushed off of my feet. I frankly did not wear them much because of this. It was only when I started thinking about this review that I came up with a solution. I snipped the 3/4" or so of the elastic in all four points. I don't think that this will cause them to prematurely break down and while nobody will notice the cut elastic it shouldn't be left to the consumer to improve the design. I will definitely be wearing these a lot now that I have corrected my one (only one but major) issue.

Can't wear these comfortably for very long and my heel has a tendency to fall too far back on the sole (the foot is pushed backwards by the way the sandal fits on). But, my goal was to have something that I could slip on to quickly walk outside with the dog etc. for a short period of time, and this was a cheap way to do that. So they do the job.

Tend to work their way off your feet. Also, the fit cause your feet to ride in the sandal at an angle. Like other reviewers, I think the elastic/stretch area on the top of the shoe forces the shoe to move forward on your foot. Not really too large or too small....just don't fit well. However for $9.99 they are OK for after golf.

Its a decent casual slipper/sandal. It looks nice and in comfort i will give a 3.5/5 rating. Though overall it is ok, but does have a design flaw. Everytime you take a step the back part does not hold itself, and make a noise as if hitting the ground. Typically this means joints on the sandal not keeping sandal anchored.

Purchased this for an out of state family member, who reported back to me how happy he was with the fit, comfort and the overall design of the sandals. I did purchase one size larger than he had request based on most of the prior reviews I had read which stated that they were somewhat small.

I really like the look of the shoe and so does my husband who I bought them for . I was hoping that they would accommodate his wide foot with high arches a little better , but he's been able to wear them and we're hoping that they will stretch out a bit

My instep is somewhat high and as a result, my foot will not slip in or stay in and my heel slides out to catch the very uncomfortable end of the shoe. The shoe seems to be well constructed, but I cannot recommend for anyone with a higher instep.
