I wouldn’t say it’s a “magic” weight loss solution, but it does help support your routine if you’re already trying to eat better and stay active. The appetite control is probably the biggest benefit. I did notice I'm snacking less throughout the day and a slight boost in energy. Keep in mind that supplements like this work differently for everyone, and results aren’t instant. Didn't work for me.
No!!! Not for me!! I must be taking these wrong or something cause I'm gaining weight not loosing weight. I'm 36ys old, 4"10 and 105lbs. I bought theese to try to help me stop eating so much and help with my kangaroo pouch from 3 kids. This did the opposite. I've gained 11lbs ! I'm pissed! I feel like I smoked weed, then I wanna eat everything in sight! I don't even smoke!! I dont know what I'm doing wrong. But now I feel disgusting and even more FAT AND GROSS!

I feel like it helps with digestion.
It’s helpful most days. No unpleasant side affects. It is exactly the same as the Psyllia they sell on social media. Which seems very strange to me. Anyway good product, I’ve started with one in the afternoon on an empty stomach.

Does NOT Contain caffeine. It's Great! Also it DOES curb appetite. Too early to tell but so far I'm not as hungry as I used to be. Day 2. Day 7: use the restroom more often which is good. I'm craving sweets less but same weight

Ehhh not sure these do much
Honestly not sure if these do anything. They may help curb appetite a little and give some energy, but almost a month of using them and working out and no major difference to report. I’ll stick with my Thrive by Level DFT patches and vitamins; those help a lot more.
