Helpful multivitamin!
I am notoriously low on Vitamin D and I am trying to get pregnant so my doctor told me to get on a supplement. I LOVE that these have magnesium and Zinc so I take them before bed as both those vitamins help with better sleep. My Vitamin D levels have been consistently good and my sleep has improved!

I think these are very good. I can tell a difference in my energy levels. Also my heart rate and blood pressure have improved a bit. Will be buying these again.

Highly recommended and worth trying
I have only taken a few doses so far but the vitamins themselves were recommended by my Dr. I have had no digestive issues and product arrived quickly.

K2 helps your body absorb the D3 better
My doctor said I needed to supplement my D3, but plan D3 wasn't doing the trick due to lack of absorption. He suggested I use a D3 that includes K2 that will help absorption, and it works well. The D3 by itself comes in very small gel caps, but these with K2 come in normal size capsules, which are several times larger than the small gel caps.

Iโve taken vitamin D for years you need it if you live above the Mason Dixon line this was great.
I saw Dr. Oz years ago and he said that if you live above the Mason-Dixon line, you need to be taken vitamin D because I live in Indiana, where the sunshine does not shine that much more than 88 days out of the year and itโs very depressing. So I take vitamin D. This is a great product.
