This is my first bike cover and I chose the right one. First, it was delivered a day earlier than promised and in perfect condition. Also, I'm glad I got this XL size because anything smaller would not have worked for my bike. I was having to get the bike in and out of the basement to ride, which at my age, is not the easiest thing to do. Because of the handlebar mirror, the front will not quite come to the bottom of the wheel. But I suspected this to be the case going in, and do not care. I've only had this cover for a few days, but it's already sustained outdoor exposure to two rain and heavy windstorms with absolutely no problems. For my situation, the tie-down and locking systems are perfectly satisfactory. The construction and reenforced stress points are first-rate. I enthusiastically recommend this MayBron Gear bike cover as a solution for bike storage problems.Unfortunately I received NO COMPENSATION of any sort for this review. Fortunately, you may therefore be well-assured that this review is completely unbiased. :)

EDIT: I originally gave this product one star due to the fact that it ripped, but I want to change my rating after receiving an email from the company. I have never been so impressed with how a customer service issue was handled. They read my review, emailed me personally referring to specifics, took full responsibility for what was likely a defective product (essentially an anomaly), and then went above and beyond to fix it. So while the product DID rip in a storm, I can't take back that part of the review in good conscience, my experience with them was 5 stars. I am a firm believer in good customer service and the benefits of developing working relationships with your customers. Some products are flops. Every business deals with a defective product or two-it's inevitable. They way they handle it speaks volumes about their integrity and their confidence in the products they're selling. So thank you, Branislav, for your email as well as your integrity and professionalism.Original review: This didn't fit entirely on my beach cruiser. I followed the directions online for bikes with wider handlebars but I still wasn't happy with the fit. However, I kept it on during a heavy rainstorm with somewhat gusty winds this past weekend because I figured it would at least keep the important parts of the bike dry and protected. Not only was my entire bike soaking wet (not just the wheels which were sticking out), but the cover actually ripped. Like I said, the winds were gusty, but it wasn't as if it was a hurricane or tropical storm.I'm returning this product.

I have a modest size S women's road bike, with a basket added to the front. This cover holds very well with pretty a lot leeway and is easy to come all the way to the ground. It hardly absorbs any water after being poured on, so it's also getting dried very easily. This is convenient since I don't need to carry some wet bike cover everywhere. Haven't gone through extensive use but it looks sturdy to me.Love it.UPDATEAnd it was stolen! After only a month! Oh my, what are people thinking about these days? I'm gonna buy the same one. I definitely love it.

Got the bike cover just before the monsoon's hit California, after many days of rain, wind (gusts to 50 mph) I went out to check my bikes. Yes I have two bikes under the MayBron Gear Bike Cover, they fit just great. Anyway, the bikes were in perfect shape, dry and the cover was on them just the way I left them. The strap that goes underneath in the middle is great to keep the cover on and in place. I would highly recommend this cover, especially if you need to leave your bike or bikes outside in the weather.

I've used this bike cover out doors in a California winter for two years, and it's still in good shape. it keeps the worst of the weather off the bike, which is stored on a covered porch. it's not, obviously, as protective as storing your bike inside. it does keep the bike dry enough that you can ride home in the rain on a dry seat. I dont use it in the summer, so cant comment on its durability in the sun. fits well, can be locked onto bike, and stays on bike

The bike cover is very well made and better than expected. The problem I had was that it didn't completely cover my beach cruisers. I was disappointed and just put them away. So of course spending $60 on 2 covers seemed unsettling. I didn't attempt returning them because I already unpackaged them. The reason I gave this product and company a 5 Stars rating is because after I responded to their inquiry of my remarks of the covers and explained my issues I had, they reimbursed me fully. It wasn't expected nor did they have to offer to do that. Just saying any company that puts customer satisfaction first is number one in my book also. Thanks....You made my day! :)

I've had this cover on my bike for about a month. I went to use my bike yesterday and the seat was soaking wet! This thing is not waterproof! What is the point of having it if it's not even waterproof??? A total waste of money.

In comparison to other bike covers, this one is thicker, and more durable. It keeps water out better, although there are no bike covers that I have come across that to not leave a damp layer on the bike over the places where the cover was making contact with the bike.The strap on the underside of this cover comes with a nice buckle, instead of the velcro that comes with most others.Lastly, the size is ideal. It is big enough to fit large sized bikes, and the elastic around the bottom will keep it snug around medium to small adult bikes.

A bit of an awkward fit when you have a mirror on the end of the handlebar, I suspect turning the mirror into a down position should fix this problem. As is usual with a lot of fabric items as soon as you take it out of its original storage bag it will never go back into that bag.Delivery was much slower than tracking indicated by 1 week.
