Great product
Works well but your body can get used to it. Take one pill first see how you feel then recommend amount if needed.

Works Well, But Comes with a Warning
Gorilla Dream definitely helps with sleep — I fall asleep faster and wake up feeling more rested, so in terms of effectiveness, it delivers. That said, I’m giving it three stars because it comes with a California Prop 65 warning for potential exposure to harmful chemicals. That’s concerning, especially for something I’m taking regularly. If you’re very health-conscious or cautious about long-term use, it’s something to consider. Great results, but the warning gives me pause.

It works after 3-4 days
Shockingly after 3-4 days of use this works. Ive got a tolerance to other sleeping aids. Im a witness to these pills.

Ok
Has a lot of herbs that are supposed to relax you and allow you to sleep. Some folks say the instructions are confusing, they are not. It basically says start off with a small dose to see how you react and work your way up to max dose as and if needed. It didn't work for me but most sleep aids have not as each of us react to medications differently so i won't leave a bad review.

Why would anyone use this?
A serving is EIGHT capsules. It does less to enhance my sleep than straight up just taking melatonin. I don't understand all the positive reviews, it did nothing for me.

Dosage instructions are wild, but it works well!!
Dosage instructions say "Take ONE or TWO servings 30 minutes before bed". One serving is 4 capsules... that seems like a shit load of supplements to be taking when almost all the ingredients have no recommended daily consumption value established for them. For reference I am 5' 9" and 145 pounds, low bodyfat %.I started by taking a single capsule, and didn't really notice anything at all. After a few nights I tried 2 capsules, and sort of felt a bit more tired than usual but wasn't sure if was placebo. A few nights later I tried 3 capsules, and definitely felt drowsy afterwards, and noticed that my eyes actually felt heavy and wanted to stay closed. A few nights later I tried 4 capsules, and I can say without a doubt this stuff works well and helped me get a solid uninterrupted sleep. Helps my mind stop racing, and I feel much less tense and anxious laying in bed. I plan to continue trying more capsules until the maximum recommended dosage (8 capsules), just to find what works best for me, but 4 capsules had a very distinct effect.I have insomnia, and I'm using these supplements to fall asleep earlier. I highly recommend having 8-9 hours blocked out for sleep (or more if you're particularly sleep deprived), because MAN is it hard to resist going back to sleep in the morning. I have also had negative experiences if I've smoked weed within the last few hours before bed, I assume because the post-high effect seems to keep me a little wound up. I have tried scaling down my dosage if I have less time to sleep, but it's not as effective in lower dosages so probably isn't worth it.Glad I ordered 2 bottles when it was in stock, will definitely be ordering more.
