Effective and don’t get you constipated. The taste is not too great but it’s effective. A little bit on the pricey side but i don’t compromise quality.

So far it is very good ,, I know that i feel better in the morning when I wake up and it keeps me going all day. I would recommend it to others for sure..

First off, I appreciate that this supplement feels thoughtfully made. The capsules are easy to swallow and didn’t have that overwhelming metallic smell that some iron supplements have. I’ve struggled with iron pills before because they can be harsh on my stomach, but this one felt noticeably gentler. After my first dose, I did notice subtle but positive changes. Within a few hours, I felt a slight lift in my energy — not a jittery or caffeine-type boost — but more like a bit of mental clarity and less heaviness. The next morning, I woke up feeling a little less sluggish than usual, which was encouraging.

Can only speak for myself but once I started taking the supplement my energy level improved.

I added this supplement to my regimen because I’m anemic after several surgeries and regular iron wasn’t helping, this is a different form of iron that is more absorbable, I also added liver pills from a different co. That also is a good form of iron called heme iron found in protein which is ideal for absorption and no tummy aches. I’m taking this product twice daily like advised by my doctor everyone is different so please this is not medical advice. So in combination with other supplements it’s seems to be helping so I ordered a second bottle. There capsules so not to bad to swallow and so far no side effects I take a gentle laxative because iron can cause some constipation.

This supplement works very well and very quickly (fatigue dissipated within a few weeks), but beware if you’re sensitive to b-12. This supplement contains a very high amount of b-12, which can cause acne. I’m still dealing with breakouts months after discontinuing.

I don’t know what other proof you need. This was one month time. This supplement alone did this and raised my hemoglobin from 7 to 11. It was so incredible my doctor asked what I was taking so she could suggest to her other patients that have struggled with iron deficiency. I swear by this. Energy, no stomach aches, I take mine at night, this works!
